Nice video. Solid advice. I make my bed every morning and I'm ignoring the women in the gym. The funny thing is, that makes them want you more! When you do you, focus on becoming a better you, opportunities and women will come.
Regarding your point about speaking to people. Whenever I call customer service for a company I have an account with, the rep on the phone usually just wants to jump right into the business asking me what I need and my account number. I'll tell them my name and ask them "How are you doing today?" It throws them off for a bit, but they respond and reciprocate. We get some small talk in. I can tell they appreciate it and I feel that simple gesture makes them want to truly help me out with my issue once we get to the purpose of my call.
