Making over a shelter for Goose the husky dog and all of his friends was a lot of work but thanks to the volunteers we were able to pull off one of the biggest diy improvement makeover projects we have ever done. And getting to take Goose the husky on his very own Dog's Day Out to play in the ocean was such a great time. You could tell he really enjoyed playing in the ocean and his water park! it was a real challenge completing this waterpark in time for Goose and all of his friends to enjoy but rescue dogs are worth every minute of our hard work.

Isn't it crazy how many homes a Siberian Husky can go through in less then 10 months! They are NOT a dog for everyone! Not even close!! They are amazing dogs, but are REALLY active!

Huskies are the best! I rescued an older one so we only had her for a few years. Now huskies are my favorite breed.😊

I adopted 4 dogs over the years, 2 are Huskies and I love them so much! Fortunately, I work from home so they are with me almost 24/7. All 4 dogs are now bonded and we are a happy family.

I don’t understand why larger dogs aren’t wanted! There is a waiting list for veterans service dogs, therapy dogs, actor dogs. These are all bigger dogs. C’mon organizers, hit the shelters. You’ll be saving lives to save lives 💞

I have a 7-and-a-half-month-old very sweet and energetic great Pyrenees. She's just a blessing. So one day I went to the park with my 2 kids, 1 six and one 9, While we were leaving we saw a woman selling beautiful white 4-month-old puppies for only $50, so we bought one. And if we didn't go that day my life would be so different.

You do amazing work rocky, I found your videos yesterday and I am already a huge fan.
I've always been a animal lover because ever since I came home from the hospital, I've had a pet with me.
My family has only adopted animals or took care of strays.
I've met a dog (Not a dog my family had) who hates kids when I was a kid, the dog loved me.
I had a bird who before he met us, was abused.
I had a dog with a horrible illness.
I've had more.
I gave them all the love I could.
So your videos hit deep with me, I love the animals, I love how willing you are to help the animals.
I wish I could get another pet, but I don't have the money to pay for everything that they need.
And my current guardian can't handle more rambunctious things to take care of.
I'm still a child so, when I'm older I'll try my best to take care of a pet.
Also p.s the dog with a horrible illness was named snoopy, and he was 1 when I was 2. The bird was around before I was created.
This is a good reminder to not get an animal before researching! I rescued a husky puppy without knowing enough and it's been a long five year journey but it's taught me so much. Do not get animals before researching and learn how to work with different animals. I've since long term-fostered an akita, a pyrenese, a pitbull mix, and multiple small dogs and cats. And my rescued husky has been with me all of the way. Every animal is a learning experience and needs to be treated like an individual and a living creature - not a handbag you can trade out when you get tired of it. I have two disabled dogs and my husky now, and just lost my senior cat last year. Each animal is incredibly different. Animals are not accessories, they are lifetime commitments. Don't get one without understanding what's required and I promise you will be grateful once you understand that you grow with your animals and your heart grows too.

I love your channel and what you do for dogs that are yet to have homes! It warms my heart to see that you don't forget about dogs in other shelters especially husky's! Husky's in my area are usually put down bc they don't really have a use so owners would just put them down or in the shelter. But I take in lots of dogs even husky's and give them a purpose to be their and I sometimes can't be their for them so I let a few of my friends watch them while I'm away. Thank you for helping put dogs into new homes and out of shelters to have a great life!
