Reiki style Body Scan for deep sleep Guided meditation: A Healing Hypnosis to help with Relaxation

- This Guided meditation utilises the idea of Reiki in the form of a body scan.
Feel your own energy balance, where there is an imbalance, you can correct it with being aware and noticing any tension, heat or other feeling.
you can use this reiki style meditation for sleep or to help with achieving relaxation at any time, it doesn't have to just be used at bedtime.
This Healing meditation will help with anxiety, sleep problems, insomnia and balancing emotions.
Please make sure that the area you listen in is comfortable and away from distractions and immerse yourself as much as you can, feeling your own inner positive energy.
The body scan will last about 15 minutes and the rest of the time, you can drift into a deep relaxation or fall asleep.
There are no hard and fast rules to meditation, so do what you feel comfortable doing to heal your mind and body of stress, worry and any other negative effects.

Hi mate.. I think I fell asleep quite early on.. I kno meditation can b ur own thing but it kinda had an impact on me already.. I start work at 7.30am but woke up at 6..ive not don't before its always me runnin stupidly late.. I feel extremely good inside... Would u say ur video caused this or jus my body changing... Hi Jonny, I had the same. If you watch my video which I made about a year ago on how meditation helped me. I couldn't sleep for 5 months, well only 2 hours per night and some other issues. I listened to a guided meditation and slept for 10 hours straight and felt fantastic. That was the start of my journey out of depressive moods and changing my life.

Fyi, at no time do I wish to become "weaker". Softer, more relaxed is fine but weaker, no.
Why is that? I don’t mean it to sound like it makes you a weaker person if that’s what you mean. I used the term as a reference for the mind to allow the body to relax. I guess it’s all down to interpretation
