  • Deep sleep meditation with a Reiki style self healing element for clearing the mind and relaxation.
    Please do not use this guided meditation as a substitute for medical advice but as a spiritual tool. This Reiki deep sleep meditation will help ease your mind and soothe your body through the visualisation process of healing, whilst you relax.
    Using this guided body scan on a regular basis can improve your well being, help with sleep problems, insomnia and calm your mind during stress.
    Let your mind relax and let go at this time, making sure there are no distractions around you. Having time for yourself is important.

    I am so excited to listen to this tonight! Couple of hours yet until bed, my goat Pheobe is super pregnant right now,, she is due at any moment and we have had some very brutal cold weather here, so I am keeping her company for now 🧊 ❄

My little dog was sick a lot in the night, and every time I had to get back to sleep, this meditation did the trick perfectly.     Hi Christian I just want to say... Thank you for providing these meditations, my anxiety has been really getting me ever since the beginning of this year, but one day in particular was a bit rough... I remember when I was at school and I was in my choir class, everything was alright up until one point where my choir teacher told me and my friend Kaitlyn that he got in a car accident the weekend before, thankfully he wasn't hurt but I was still nervous, I didn't wanna tell him that it made me nervous but ever since then I still just couldn't sleep cause my thoughts just wouldn't cease to remind me of what happened that day, and every time I'd think about it, I'd get more anxious, but I've been able to sleep cause of you... Thank you so much

    I really liked this sleep meditation but did find that the volume of the music was just a touch too loud in places, meaning I struggled to hear your words at times, which is obviously not ideal if you're trying to fall asleep! I also prefer to hear your voice right to the end so that if I waken there are no gaps without your voice, as I play on repeat. Thank you for all your work, Christian.

      Only before the video starts. If you experience them actually in the video then a quick restart of your device can resolve this. I’ve had the same issue a few times and it usually works.

      Why so rude? The concept is based on Reiki and, more important, was very effective at putting me to sleep. Try it. Hopefully your mood will improve 🙄
