Alcaniz deserves a mention. Also Albaracin is definitely the best just variety of blocks, styles and sheer volume of climbs. Plenty of olaces to climb on your own as well if you know the forest
Hi Philip! Glad you enjoyed our video. Maybe Alcaniz will jump into the mix once we visit! Albarracin is a wonderful place and full of lots of special boulders. In terms of skin, it could be a better choice for someone who wants to climb many days in a row without having to rest. But Madrid might arguably beat Albarracin in terms of sheer volume of boulder problems! In any case, it's hard to make a 'top list'! Happy climbing!
Haha! That fly was mean! 😂 This video is jam-packed with very valuable information..esp. the consistent reminder to respect these areas and to never leave any trash behind. That's very important! Ohh..this makes me miss being in Spain again! I'll definitely put these bouldering destinations in my bucket list for 2022 or 2023 ✨😊 Haha! Awesome content, Alex!!
I'm usually cool with insane amounts of bugs or mosquitos, but for whatever reasons the place we filmed this in was FULL of flies at the end of summer. Went home hearing buzzing noises haha... We'd love to have a visitor if you make it over our way 😉
@@RoadtoV11 Definitely shoot us a message on IG when it gets closer...although it might be hard to convince us to leave our granite paradise here in Madrid jeje 😉
Great video, I discovered some spots that motivate me thanks to your video ! I would like to go to alcaniz but I have few information. Have you ever been there?
No, we still have yet to explore Alcañiz! Alcañiz has a very short season and we much prefer to climb on granite during the winter months. I believe the locals have made a good effort to publish all of the topos on 27crags!
Jordi!!!
