@@horsetorquesdiesel I’ve seen it happen at nearly stock levels but if you know how to shift and have a good clutch to handle the torque you should be good.

Easy turbo swap never had an issue removing a 6.0 turbo just use some PB blaster if it haven’t been off in a long time. Can swap one out in an hour half now
Love the rips, can't beat the pure joy on your face out there having a good time! I have the same issue with my nv5600 truck, needs a dual disk. Going to a Valair dual disk organic so it's still tow friendly. Glad to see the progress she is making.
For that hyper flash turn signal, theres a flasher under the the dash above the acc pedal below the radio that you can swap out with an L.E.D. electronic flasher to fix that.

I’ve heard that the 60 cylinder block is arguably one of the strongest blocks out there in the diesel world I guess that’s true I guess WDI he runs a 60 so that’s telling me something good about it yeah I’m a Cummins guy but when somebody else makes a good product I’m going to admit it anyway this is six in a row jim from Kennerdell Pennsylvania By the way that thing sounds really good I didn’t know it had a gearbox in it that’s always kind a neat have a good day
Check out innovative for custom tuning thats who tuned my 6.0 with the stealth 67g2 turbo I definitely love the power especially with 205/30 injectors I also installed a turbotime vgt actuator along with ported intake and full exhaust and no limit fabrication intercooler piping truck runs like a aminal but egts get a little hot im thinking it maybe be my intercooler leaking soon I'll be putting a mishimoto aluminum intercooler in along with a 5 bar holly map sensor and 6.4 exhaust backpressure sensor
Ditch that stupid ZF6 for some kind of automatic. Can't keep that turbo lit having to get on and off the throttle all the time. Did you do an IPR while you were there?
Have you tried any other larger VGTs for the 6.0 platform or basing it off just this one charger? I ask because their Duramax turbos don't have the best reputation in the aftermarket.

You guys should actually respond to customers who call your shop number and txt it with actual business intent. You lost my support with your poor customer service.
Unfortunately we are a 2 man show, we do respond when we take breaks or at the start or end of day. I apologize if we missed you but Dave and I both just looked and we see no texts that weren’t either responded to, or ignored regarding illegal business IE delete work. Missed calls ya, but it’s hard to answer a phone laying under a vehicle. Thanks for the feedback

To be fair I haven’t done a ton compared to a Cummins but I’ve never had a 6.0 turbo bolt broken

my sisters ex had a 6.0 lol he did the same thing , cold rev beat the snot out of it , cant kill em, but in two years he put $40k into is lol .

Yep ran KCs and just a box power max, this one by far is better
