I drove across Spain in a 911 back in 2017, incredible roads, drove down towards the coast through a forest on a dual carraigeway, litterally only me on this perfect road for about forty minutes, winding though rolling tree covered hills, racing line the whole way, felt like a video game, unreal, and at the bottom I got to a toll booth, took a moment to realise what I'd done, laughed my ass off. If that road had speed cameras my licence was gone forever :D
I think Sam’s live podcast recordings suit the majority of his audience! They’ve been great events both times I’ve been to them!

That pour-over coffee has been my favourite for years. No extra machines and using a net there's only two things to rinse afterwards. Perfect for the bachelor's household!

I really enjoy the youtube deepdive chats with other creators and how each one handles the algorithm. As a viewer I kinda hate the algorithm so I love hearing how the creators navigate it.

I used to follow a lot of the old super spotters (Shmee, SoL etc.) I unfollowed a lot of them but kept Sam because he just seems like a good guy

Agree with Sam on peak Ferrari. Aside from the 60s, I think late 00s Ferrari is the holy grail, 430 and 599 are the two best designs Ferrari has made in the past 50 years in my opinion. Also the last of the truly analog-feeling Ferraris. F12 and 458 and later just don't do it for me.

As far as old content, have you thought of Remastering or revisiting older videos? Maybe re-run an old one with new ad breaks as "Matt's favorites" or revisting a past one-take car that might have been improved or something. Like replaying the one where you came up on the truck pulling a tree or something down the road with new commentary.
I do find it funny that he read a bunch of reviews of the z51 and z06 versions of corvettes drove the basest base model and complained about the suspension. 🤣

Yellow is the best Ferrari color in my mind, red is far too overplayed for any car color. I say this having owned 3 red cars.

All the interviews he's done have been pretty repetitive in the subjects covered so it would be good to hear him a TST podcast where he can speak more freely and casually.
@@Heyitsallgoodman im on both sides of the fence. The youtuber shit gets annoying but I understand the algorithm shit and getting clicks on the videos. I have seen some of the more real world conversations he has had with others but I feel like Matt would be able to bring out a better conversation.
