Start with your hips a little higher in your deadlift set up, to keep them from shooting up. Take your time in the set up: Pack your lats, brace, then push away from the floor with your legs. You got it! :)

Looking good & strong! Love your unassisted pull ups ❤ For the deadlift don’t control the down phase so much just let go & make a noise on the floor. On the up there is a definite pause when you set your position before you start the lift, this is where you hear a clink in the bar, your feet are pushing through the floor (imagine it, not literally 😂)

for deadlift maybe you just need to "flex" your back like you're tucking your shoulder blades back

AS FAR AS THE DEADLIFT I THINK YOU ARE JUST TALL MAYBE NEED TO BRING UP "THE FLOOR" MAYBE USE PLATES OR BOXES. JUST MY OPINION. NOT YELLING BTW
