    Another marathoner I watch who just ran her second marathon noted that she found doing full body lifts three times a week over a leg/push/pull was much better for her marathon training because she did not exhaust her legs as much

    The arm/hand cue I remember is pretending to hold 1 potato chip in each hand and you don’t want to crush them. 😂 it works though! And to help me relax and not tense up I do a head to toe check in and “remind” myself to relax that particular body part as I name it.

    I’ve been watching your long videos for my own half marathon runs! I do mostly treadmill runs so I just put phone on the stand and workout with u!😂 love these vids
