I love how you expressed your pleasure with yourself after day one. I always get that rush of happiness with life and everything with my workouts and I love seeing that you experience that as well.
Seeing all your workouts makes me just want to workout right now. And I think I will, I had two rest days against my will because I hurt my wrist at my Pure Barre class. And to be honest my wrist still hurts so much so a standing workout it is. I love how strong you look thank you for the motivation girl!!

I’m a beginner n I’m super skinny what weights should I start with? Especially what weight should I start with on the barbell as I’ve never lifted a barbell before
Is it better to work out in the mornings or at night, or does it even matter? Also, how many cheat days or meals would you recommend? Also, how much protein can your body process in a meal? I love your videos thought I would ask
mornings and nights can get busy depending on where you are since a lot of people either like to workout first thing in the morning or at night after work, my gym is usually least busy anywhere from 12-3 try not to classify meals/ food as cheating because that sort of puts a negative viewpoint on food and makes you feel like you shouldn’t eat them ever when realistically if you’re working out hard enough you can eat them but for starters until you reach a goal you can fit in a cheat meal once a week it’s typically recommended to eat anywhere from .8-1.2 grams of protein per body lb for the whole day and supposedly the body can’t efficiently process more than 50 grams of protein in a sitting but that’s never been verified, i try to keep my meals around 50-80 grams of protein a meal and spread them out throughout the day so my body will use them as efficiently as it can and i don’t feel hungry throughout the day either
