Yes girl get it! I felt the same way… after I had my son 3 years ago, my goal was always just to try and feel comfortable in my gym clothes and try to feel healthy and fit like my pre-baby self. And it has been so healing for me mentally and physically to do something for myself and “pour into my own cup” by going to the gym at least one day a week. ❤
Oh yes! We love to see healthy women who lift weights and get strong instead of just doing endless cardio! Thanks for showing you can be a toned slim queen who is strong and it doesn't make you bulky unless you specifically train it

If I’m totally sick of the same soup or whatever, I’ll freeze it in serving size packages. Take it out to thaw and heat it up another week! Label it with the date and it’s usually good for like six months.
@@jellybeansies I often use ziploc freezer bags but you can even do mason jars or other reusable containers you have on hand. It thaws and stores best if you lay the ziploc bags flat!
Jenn! Im so happy for you. I was such a scrawny puny weak woman and started lifting. Extremely self conscious and nervousy/shy I just kept going + researched a lot about technique. after 9 months of consistency I achieved my first unassisted pull-up which was the most amazing feeling. Feeling stronger is such an addicting feeling and its amazing to see what your body can do

Thanks for another video upload. You're just motivation. I have been trying to work out more, just so difficult with lack of sleep and work. I'm making the effort to jog on my treadmill 5-10 mi combination with walking as well. I try to do that at least 3x a week. some weekends i'd play tennis. I want to be healthy and confident. You look so amazing post pregnancy. Keep it up. I'm also making effort to stay positive. Working out, playing upbeat music on my drive to work, hanging out with friends...so helpful.
I feel like we cook similar or the same things! I use that same organic chicken bouillon for the tofu stew instead of doenjang and also add some gochujang! I also have been making soondubu a bunch and never get tired of eating it for 3 days.

Love this but one thought on protein intake. One egg is only 6g protein vs the recommended amount of protein per meal is between 25-35g of protein. When you’re weight training, getting sufficient protein is even mor important
