You cannot use any cleaning product or descaler with this program because it drains the water out after two minutes. To do descale use the cotton cycle on 90 and the intensive option select. The spin speed can be set to 400. Thanks for making a longer video showing this otherwise nobody would know that the Samsung drum clean program acts differently compared to other company's drum clean programs. With my LG it does not drain water like this.

How to use hot water in eco drum cleaning if tap is set on normal water ?plz reply .. helpful vdo 👌
It will automatically change normal water into hot water while eco drum clean. You don't need to do anything.

Hi some other brand of washing machine service person came to my neighbour house, he said powder detergent harms the motor inside the machine, liquid is best, but in samsung page it's mentioned as powder is best, confused which to use
You can use any one of them liquid or powder detergent both are best in samsung washing machine.... I am also using powder detergent since last 2 years and no issue till now...

how many litres of water is used approximately for drum clean?
I don't know exactly how much water is used in the eco drum clean. As per Samsung, each cycle takes around 40-50 liters of water so we can assume that eco drum clean will also use the same amount of water.

अगर आप सैमसंग का फ्रंट लोड फुल्ली आटोमेटिक वाशिंग मशीन यूज़ कर रहे है तो आपको किसी भी पाउडर की जरुरत नहीं है। सैमसंग सलाह देता है की आप कोई भी पाउडर यूज़ ना करे नहीं तो वाशिंग मशीन में प्रॉब्लम आ सकती है।
