@My Channel मशीन में कपड़े धोने के नियम:
1. अगर आप एक साथ सारे कपड़े धो रहे हैं तो ये गलत है आप अलग अलग कैटिगरी में बांट लें - जैसे ज्यादा गंदे, कम गंदे, सफेद कपड़े.। नए कपड़ों को पुरानों के साथ न धोएं तो चादरों, तौलियों और नाइट सूट भी अलग करके रखें.
2. अगर आप कपड़ो पर सीध सर्फ डाल देते हैं तो ये सही नहीं है पहले मशीन में सर्प डालें और उसे कुछ देर के लिए छोड़ दें जब सर्फ अच्छे से पानी में घुल जाए उसके बाद उसमें अपने कपड़े ड़ाले ताकि उसमें सर्फ का दाग ना लगे और कपड़े सौम्य रहें.
3. कपड़ों की जिप, हुक आदि बंद करके ही इनको मशीन में डालें, ये मशीन के ड्रम को खराब कर सकते हैं. अगर जुराबें जैसे छोटे साइज के कपड़े बड़े कपड़ों में अटक जाते हों तो उनके मशीन में पहले डालें.
4.अगर आप पहली बार कोई नया कपड़ा मशीन में डाल रहे हैं तो उसे पहले साफ पानी से धोकर देखें कही उसका कलर तो नहीं उतरा रहा है अगर ऐसा है तो उसे आप हाथ से धोए.
5. बहुत सारे लोग ड्रायर का इस्तेमाल बहुत देर तक करते हैं, ऐसा ना करें जिता हो सके कपड़े को हवा और धूप में सुखाएं. इससे कपड़ों में सिलवट या रिंकल्स ज्यादा नहीं पड़ेंगे और इनके फैब्रिक में भी चमक बरकरार रहेगी.

Fir 15 minute quick wash, there is a cycle name quick wash, select that cycle and wash the cloths. For rinse and spin there is a cycle rinse+spin, select that cycle and rinse your cloths. Hoping that this will help you.

Does fabric softener drained out every rinse cycle? Samsung customer support said that fabric softener not working on quick 15. This is not true right? Because my case it was working but suddenly it only works with cotton mode.
For quick wash if you put the fabric softener then it may leave fabric softener residue on your items because of less amount of time and no aggressive washing. For all other cycles it will work.

Case 1 If not balance :- place it flat surface and check.
Case 2 If balanced :- Call Samsung engineer to check the issue.
1. Keep a piece of marble at the Top centermost part of W/M (off mode )and observe the flow. ( BalancingbPurpose ) .
2. check the surface ( floor) surface should not be slippery . Rough surface is most welcomed .
