I have 8kg Samsung front load wifi enabled eco bubble. I have seen online that most sites recommend using descaling solution. Could we use desacling solution?
We have hard water tds of around 2500.
I use filter on tap though

If filter converts hard water into soft water then no need to use descaling solution. Basically, you can clean the drum without a cleaning agent when you use the ECO DRUM CLEAN cycle. But if you see scaling on drum due to hard water then use descaling solution.

You have to clean the Detergent Drawer, Door Seal, Mesh filter of the water hose, and Debris filter (Bottom Filter) regularly.

Powder detergent is good for mud stains and ground-in dirt. Liquid laundry detergent works well on grease stains.
Liquid Detergent dissolves better than powders at lower temperatures, but it is not a concern for me because of Eco Bubble Technology.
I prefer washing powder, because its cheaper and dissolves easily in Samsung Eco Bubble Washing Machine.
You can use either of the two, both are good.

No Sir, I hadn't used any soap or chemical during drum cleaning. And my machine's instructions manual advice not to use any cleaning agent. Check your washing machine's instructions manual and use cleaning agent only if it is written there. I suggest not to use any kind of cleaning agent.

If there is a washing tub clean course (or Eco Tub clean, Clean Tub, ECO Drum Clean course), refer to the below to clean the washing tub.
1. Push [Power] button.
2. Select a washing tub clean course on your display panel.
(optional) Check your model is need to detergent or not.
3. Close the lid after pouring the detergent into the washing tub(If detergent needed).
(Make sure to use the recommended detergent)
4. Push [Start/Pause] button.
* A soaking function is in an automatic mode. The height of water is set up to be the highest. Water supply and water tempertature(cold water and hot water) can be selected.

If there is no washing tub clean coures, try to clean a washing tub as belows.
1. Push [Power] button.
2. Select the higest level of soils.
3. Select 'Soaking' for pressing [Manual] once. (either water supply or hot/cold water can be selected.)
4. Select the hightest level of water by pressing [Water height] selection button.
(Optional) Check your model is need to detergent or not.
5. Close the lid after pouring detergent into the detergent drawer(If detergent needed).
6. Press [Start/Pause]
Keep a washing tub clean all the time by cleaning a washing tub on a regular basis (once a month).

For removing tough stains & soils powder detergent is better than liquid detergent.
Liquid detergents are better than powder detergents for a wash in untreated hard water.
You can still use a powder detergent in hard water, but a larger quantity of the powder would be needed to get the same result you can achieve with a liquid laundry detergent.
For normal water powder detergent is better because it's cheaper than liquid water and works well.

Aap koi bhi wash cycle select kar lo jiska duration 1 hour se jyada ho. Uska temperature 60°C se jyada karke, drum ko empty karke washing machine on kar dijiye. Apka drum clean ho jayega.

Waise koi matlab nhi hai drum clean powder use karne ka par ab le liya hai to use kar lijiye.
For pump filter/Debris Filter follow these steps:
To begin, open the pump filter access panel by pressing on the cover.
Locate the rubber drain hose and prepare to drain the water. You will need a towel and a container large enough for the amount of water in the washer, like an oil drain pan.
Remove the cap from the drain hose by holding the hose and twisting the cap. The cap can be tough to remove because it forms an airtight seal, so make sure to use a little elbow grease. Once the cap is removed, drain the water.
Once all the water is drained, remove the washer pump filter by twisting it counter-clockwise.
Note: On some Samsung washers, the washer pump filter is similar to the cap on a medicine bottle. Push in and twist to remove.
Remove and clean the washer pump filter
Using a small toothbrush or other similar soft bristle brush, wash any dirt or other materials from the pump filter. Inspect the drain pump impeller located inside the pump filter housing to make sure it is clean.
Once the pump filter is clean, reinsert it and twist it clockwise until it's secured in the vertical position.
Place the drain hose's cap firmly back onto the drain hose and secure the drain hose in the mounted clip before closing the access panel.

The 4E (4C) error indicates that the washing machine has detected that there is a problem with the water supply.
The most common reason for this error is a blocked or kinked water supply hose.
Follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve it:
1- Check that the water tap connected to the washing machine is open to full.
2- Check that there are no kinks or bents in the water hose connected to the machine.
3- Check to see if the water hose mesh filter is not blocked. See the steps below showing you how to do this. You should clean the water hose mesh filter at least twice a year to prevent build up.
How to clean the water hose mesh filter
Follow the below steps or view the video at the bottom of the page to see how to clean a blocked water hose mesh filter.
1- Turn off the water source to the washing machine.
2- Unscrew the hose from the back of the washing machine.
3- With a pair of pliers, gently pull out the mesh filter from the end of the hose, then rinse it under the tap, until it is clean.
4- Push the filter back into place.
5- Screw the hose back onto the washing machine.
6- Turn on the tap and then make sure the connections are watertight.
7- Switch the power button off then on again.

If there is a washing tub clean course (or Eco Tub clean, Clean Tub, ECO Drum Clean course), refer to the below to clean the washing tub.
1. Push [Power] button.
2. Select a washing tub clean course on your display panel.
(optional) Check your model is need to detergent or not.
3. Close the lid after pouring the detergent into the washing tub(If detergent needed).
(Make sure to use the recommended detergent)
4. Push [Start/Pause] button.
* A soaking function is in an automatic mode. The height of water is set up to be the highest. Water supply and water tempertature(cold water and hot water) can be selected.

If there is no washing tub clean coures, try to clean a washing tub as belows.
1. Push [Power] button.
2. Select the higest level of soils.
3. Select 'Soaking' for pressing [Manual] once. (either water supply or hot/cold water can be selected.)
4. Select the hightest level of water by pressing [Water height] selection button.
(Optional) Check your model is need to detergent or not.
5. Close the lid after pouring detergent into the detergent drawer(If detergent needed).
6. Press [Start/Pause]
Keep a washing tub clean all the time by cleaning a washing tub on a regular basis (once a month).

Yes you can select any cycle and run the machine empty.
And yes Eco-bubble technology is beneficial for you because due to Eco-bubble soap dissolves easily in water and provides better cleaning, ang there are Ecowash and Super Ecowash cycle options are also present which reduces power consumption with good cleaning.

The UE or DC error code indicates unbalanced load.
To resolve this issue; refer to the troubleshooting steps given below:
1- Turn off and unplug the unit from the power outlet
2- Check the Shipping Bolts (Make sure they have been removed)
3- Check if the Washing Machine is installed on a level ground
4- Perform a manual drain procedure
a. Open the debris filter hatch
b. Pull out the emergency drain tube (if applicable)
c. Point the drain tube into a basin, and then remove the stopper at the end of the tube
d. Dispense all of the water
5- Open the door, take out the clothes, put them back in, and then close the door.
6- If the issue persists, inquire about the Warranty and Service Booking procedures for the unit.

Aur agar Eco Drum Clean option nhi h to koi bhi cycle select karke temperature ko 60°C se jyada pe set karke cycle ko start kar dijiye.
