2024 and this is still evidence of a great band.
I've finally realised I was only born to listen to Patton.
So now I will die having achieved that.
Still here 20 years later
these songs are classics. they will be listened to as long as humanity exists
.. is one of sexiest voice and song ever..
For those new to them, this is your favorite band's favorite band.
ahaha yes!
But rhcp os my favourite haha
How can that be?
@@JoshReid_ to hell with RHCP
@@christinasavannah7992 I love both. Why not be open minded and love both bands :)
My daughter introduced me to so much fantastic music of her generation she died at 33 years young and I miss her every second of every day she loved this band and so do I at 64 years old thank you baby
Im very sorry for your loss ...that would have been agony 😢
My condolences . You're daughter had amazing taste in music.
💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
❤& RESPECT ❤UK
So sorry for your loss! But that’s awesome she turned you on to great music & it was something you two shared.
When Neo formed the coolest band in the Matrix.
This song is complete: it has groove, melody, intriguing lyrics and great vocals. One of my favourite songs of all times. A bit underrated and forgotten.
There's 11 million views on this song. I don't think it's either underrated or forgotten.
I'm curious of your other choices ;) Cause I'm also deeply in love in this song and I am just curious what else do U consider as best songs ever. Lemme know mate please, if this comment ever reaches you. Greets!
11 million /6 years is a lot for a song like this? I don't think so. My other choices... there are many different. Check out Alice in Chains - Them Bones (so much energy in just 2m30s), Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down, Tool - Pneuma, Leonard Cohen - Everybody Knows, Riverside - Conceiving You, Lenny Kravitz - Low...

Faith No More is still amazing in 2023, this is a legendary track 💪

Porn funk never gets old.
One of many legendary tracks
It's 2024 now. Can confirm this track is still amazing.
My brain has never left 90's dimension, every time I hear timeless classics from the 90's I am transported back in time/home. 💞👌😊👍
And that is a blessing
Every decade has something to it.. but man the 90´s really got me! 1993 - 18y
Brother, don't worry, soon someone will invent a time machine and we'll go back to the 90s!

One of the best voices in rock period
only real competition I can think of is chris cornell
OverAchieverStudios There are plenty of vocalists that can compete with Mike, but not when it comes to range.
mzondi1970
same impression of yours, guys
Patton, Cornell, Townsend,Tate: all of them amazing voices
ilmelangolo Cornell ? Nah his voice is not very likeable, but mike's voice is pure and clear and so awesome
Larukuislove Get the fuck outta here
The bass in this songs is awesome
Yes! Hail Billy Gould:)
+Jimmy Hendrix Is it just me or is it that all the best bass lines came from the 90s?
+McMeevin Iron Maiden's Steve Harris has been kicking ass since the 80's.
greenbag I dunno, I'm thinking Tom Morello Les Claypool are solid contenders.
***** Yeah sorry, I meant Tommy C
This band is so complete and unique. It's not only Patton, all guys are great musicians doing great song.
Seeing as how the band all have a jazz background, this song is a chef's kiss to their talent.
Bloody hell, he was gorgeous wasn't he? 😍
Yep gorgeous! Still is!
Even more gorgeous in person ❤
yes, I guess he still is

Still is!
A band that doesn't take itself seriously and makes epic music.
no pun intended!!
@@andres-rodriguez Damn, beat me to it!
@Aji Darmawan They only did a few cover songs album wise throughout their career not very much lol
@Aji Darmawan every musician covers or copies to an extent and most do it to pay homage or introduce ppl to what they may not have heard.
Try Twelve Foot Ninja. Heavily influenced by FNM
you might be cool, but you aren't Mike Patton singing "Evidence" with sunglasses cool
Dude..... Ur Da boss just 4 sayin' dat. Live u kid.😉🤙

I'm currently getting pissed up and going through the classics of our generation and continually find others doing the same. It's great to be here amongst the like minded.
i'm doing some plank and chomping on sushi. good tune. have a good nite!
this song will remain a favorite all throughout 2023
Same here...
I actually got into faith no more this year. i do have the same sentiment as you though!
if Sade and Faith No More had done a collaboration I think I could have died and gone to heaven right there and then in the 90s
MIKE PATTON SHOULD NEVER GET OLD!!!!🥲😰😰

I listened to King for a Day so much in high school. Damn near 30 years later, I learned there is a music video for my favorite song from the album?!?!
The bass on this track is absolutely jaw dropping
I didn't noticed until I red your comment and put my earphones 😂😂 I agree - absolutely amazing 💝💝💝
An absolute diamond. I've been listening to it since the 90s.

The line "evidence, evidence" before the chorus is Mike's homage to Sade. He's a huge fan.
Wikipedia say that
This song just reinforces what incredibly talented musicians these guys are. They can do anything, from covering Burt Bacharach or The Commodors, to soulful, beautiful original songs like this, to screaming thrash. There is no genre they can't do. No style they have not mastered. Not a single bad song in their entire catalog. I never get tired of any oh their music. Just a fantastic band.
Preach brother Preach! ✊🏽😉🤘🏽💯
This song is not so original as you say.
The music beat is same of Madonna's Where Life Begins from 1992 Erotica album
@@ginasousabranco5637 no way, Madonna's song lacks of piano, guitar and drums , the beat is not enough to compare originality

This song has been stuck in my head since 1995. I didn't feel a thang.
Same. Audio GOLD!
Time 95-96 when I have service in Yugoslav army. Always remember me :)
In addition to having its perfect pace locked-down by the superb rhythm section of bassist Billy Gould and drummer Mike Boden, this track demonstrates the sheer talent of Trey Spruance. His minimal yet exquisite and in-the-pocket guitar vamps and licks and his masterful use of the wah pedal, really makes this song groove like nothing else.
One of the most sexiest songs ever made!
Man... Mike Patton really is something else.... clearly a legend.
Mike's voice makes me feel things... in my pants.
mike love you
😂👻💋
Yeahh I feel you, I'm hard af rn

The talent from this man is unreal. Solo, Mr. Bungle, Tomahawk, Faith no more…. The list goes on and on.
And so damn sexy, I can’t handle it.
THIS SONG STILL GIVES ME CHILLS, HOW GOOD IT IS(56yrs)
Probably my favorite Faith No More song. It's just so funky and mello. I love it.
It's sexy as hell, right?
This is the first song I've listen from them. Got hooked and confused at the same time when I listened to their other albums.
This and The Commodores cover of "Easy" was soooo beautiful, so easy.
@@CLA82529 haha, yeah this band is absolutely all over the place. plus mike's got afew side projects. check out his concert in peru. pure genius.

Getting the chance to see Patton/FaithNoMore/Fantomas perform was the best time of my life. I even got lucky to get his autograph because I walked around with his picture in my wallet and the wife of the drummer found it cute. She took it to the back and he signed it! All these years later I still have it on my dresser to this day. Will be a fan for life!
Everything about this song is just perfect. The bassline, drums, guitar licks, vocals and piano melody. Such a tune!!! I never knew who sang it until about a year ago. One of my top songs streamed on spotify this year!
What a great vocalist.
Watching this in 2020 already!

Mike Patton's voice is like silk, silk pouring forth from his mouth! Smooth!
This band is so massively underrated.
not underrated, people who truly appreciate great talent in rock music get what Faith No More is all about! You don’t have to make the charts ( which are bullshit) to be great! Faith No More in my top 5 greatest rock bands of all time!
Faith no more underrated? Are you idiot?
MIke Patton is so massively underrated*
Commercial radio stations still play them.
By whom??!!
1 of my favorite singers always and forever.
I remember hearing King for a day when it came out, I literally dug it on the first listen. Every song was related but equally diverse in its own right. This song and Caralho Voador were instant chill songs for me.
Faith No More is still amazing in 2020 cause you can listen to their songs over and over again without getting full of them! Furthermore the sound of the King For A Day Album is just perfect.

Every note perfect. Very few songs are perfect and this is one.
Good grief, he's magnificent.
This sound is old and new at the same time..... TIMELESS
В этом клипе все прекрасно и их одежда и этот стиль 90х съемки не говоря уже про музыку которая до сих пор меня поражает этим рок фанк стилем .и в 2022 звучит современно не утратив качества звучания а значит это классика

Yeah it really is ... one of the best Sunday morning hangover tracks out there
I adore the ambient nature of this track as well as the jazz influence in the guitar and piano parts. Fantastic bassline as well. Also Mike is just too cool.
I've heard this band do every type of music to an effective level, the talent in this band is unmatched in so many ways
Jazzy, groovy, smooth, rock
This is one of the coolest music videos I have ever seen.
These guys have such range, they can play almost any genre of music and do it amazingly
How about them Funkadelics?
Agreed
Niesamowita aranżacja...🔥 mroczny nastrój przeplata się z lekkim brzmieniem...czujesz jak wciąga Cię niczym głęboka woda, by za chwilę opaść lekko na dno...
Just listened to it first time. Instant dive to 90'
I still.. after all these years.. I keep coming back and I keep falling in love with his voice ever since I was 11 and I'm 37 now! :D
I hear you. He is just so incredibly good. These guys are one of the best and most versatile bands of all times.
same here, saw them in a small club named Batschkapp in Frankfurt Germany and I talked to Mike ahead of the gig in front of the building. he's been very kind. I was like 24 an I'm 53 now.
and Mike is older but he still has that voice!
Yep, same here. First album I ever bought and what, 25 years later..? still does it for me. FNM and Patton are eternal
You are pretty girl, Havva. It's my pleasure know you
Most people who have ever lived cannot ever be as badass as Mike Patton was and is.
In the 1990s we'd just play the whole CD so it's great to see which songs were the most popular years later. It wasn't until iTunes circa 2000 that music became more about singles than albums.
This is what I love about Faith No More. A song for every mood 😂
How the hell a band such as FNM could pull off such a vibe as they do in this song...... It's thick, yet fluid, sexy with class..... sophisticated and smooth, served with a bit of dirty in the most tasteful of ways....... it just proves how fucking eccentric these guys are. They push their limits in every way in every album, every song, every decade, every riff. And that's why FNM will always be the most amazing band of all time.
Soooooo good
Perfectly said!!!
I just got hooked by this band. Long time fans please explain me something: do you guys legitimately like his vocals style in the 1st album ("Epic", "Falling to Pieces" etc)? Or do you only tolerate them because the songs are just amazing overall? I was never a big Anthony Kiedis fan LOL
that falsetto singing the words "evidence" is pretty fucking amazing... the only other I ever heard that was such a chameleon in vocal styles was Scott Weiland in STP later years, and there's this song "Fearless Leader" by a band called Dramagods, hard to believe it's the same guy who sings all songs in that album
@@FeelingShred I didn't like his vocals on the first album.... it wasn't until "Angel Dust" came out that I fell in love with Patton's voice ( and FNM in general). Nowdays I DO like that older stuff, but for the reason you said: because the tracks are really awesome. Mike's voice definitely improved as he got older. He became AMAZING. And...hot ;)
The man of thousand voices ! uhu
Amo esta canción ❤️, que temazo de Faith No More 👏🏻❤️
Is he not just THE coolest man on Earth? That mic slap! I thought a woman was singing that really high “evidence”! It’s him singing it???????

A pure genius was Mike Patton in 80s & 90s. The best vocalist ever and right now the most forgotten vocalist of all time. It is sad how many people forget that fact that Mike Patton is important influence on music.
I absolutely love this man, his voice is so heaven.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
mike patton is so hot in this, the voice, everything...
I play his music on the piano. Chick magnet, packed the whole room on the dance floor while the men sit down. I told my son to play this song on piano and he is grateful. lol
