I never realized this when playing. But you can easily tell when Radahn will either do a single Lion Strike or two: the first somersault is a good indicator If he hits the groubd he will use it twice. So this actually isnt a Lion Strike but a Savage Lion Strike (the AOW that Freyja uses)
My 10 year old Xbox one turns into a fucking PowerPoint presentation in phase 2, I have no option but to learn muscle memory to the point where it’s seared into my brain, when I’m riddled with dementia and have forgotten my children’s names I imagine my last coherent memory will be how to dodge each of Radahns moves
For Beam dash if you stand inside of him from his starting position you wont take any damage. With how hard this boss is I would easily say this is the most fun I've had learning a boss fight. If only my frames agreed. Good guide.
@@ebobab9564 yeah I ended up having enough endurance to tank it with a shield If I wasn’t right beneath him. Dodging it without a shield is pretty hard. Though everything is hard to dodge lol
I can also recommend a deflect based black knights great hammer and a blood infused bloodfiends arm build with cragblade, based around the charge attacks, both shred him, I’ve seen impenetrable thorns fuck him up as well
Yeah impenetrable thorns are INSANE I kind of don't want to mention the super OP strats (like shield poke) because at the end of the day u still want to focus on dodging and punishing

@@saturn237 yup! I just haven't found a consistent and east way to dodge it if you aren't near him like in this video

I didn’t lag at all on diskless Xbox, sounds like a skill issue
