SO IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HAVE A PCM, ANTITHEFT SYSTEM AND THE ABC MODULE FROM ONE WORKING ESCAPE AND TRANSFER TO ANOTHER NOT WORKING ONE, DO YOU THINK PROGRAMMING STILL BE NECESSARY?

If I am understanding this somewhat disjointed repair journey correctly, you overlooked or didn't read service info on the jumper tubes that extend the rear brake pipes up to the top of the HCU. That black block stays attached to the HCU and the pipe connections up top remain connected when you remove the HCU from the vehicle. There are fittings below the block that you remove, accessible from the LF wheel well. That way you don't need to fight the two rear pre-bent pipes as they pass through and over the HCU bracket.

Is better to bypass the abs module from the 4 wheels to the two master cylinders hose using two 3 way tees to make the proper junction, after that bleed out your system and plug in the 4 wheels hose ports 3/8-24 and th two 916-18 master cylinders` s port on the abs pump assemble and forget the brake problems in fords.

My 09 Mariner has the traction control light, abs light, and Brake light lit up with check brake system message. The brakes work fine. Anti lock system only stops your brakes from locking up so you don't slide by turning brakes off and on till it stops. Your brakes will still work. But I'm not sure if it will pass inspections with those lights on it not... I been driving mine like this fir 8 months. Happened after heavy rain and driving through water. I think the black electronic box is shorted on mine not the pump.

I wish you would have taken more time and organized your presentation. Your video is great and exactly what I needed. But, it is a little disjointed and rushed. I don't understand the scanner uploads, downloads, etc. Also, where did you purchase the ABS pump new or used? It is obvious you know what you are doing and don't waste time which I appreciate. But, some more detail, especially on the scanner for us old non tech guys, would be appreciated. I have a 2008 with everything but that damn harness disconnected, I still can't figure how to disconnect it, and the 10mm bolt you referred to that I didn't see. I was going to by pass and eliminate the ABS. It isn't as easy as I thought. The fittings are metric and I was going to use a Willwood proportioning valve that has standard SAE line fittings. All of them have to be adapted or replaced. A real pain. Probably easier to replace the pump.
Thanks for the video. It has been out a couple of weeks, I am only the 6th viewer. I have been looking for this info for a couple of months. I will subscribe and like.
