Range degradation isn't about how fast the charge level drops, it's about the maximum capacity shrinking over time. All you have to do is slide your desired charge level to 100% while charging and see how many miles the screen says that would get you. Compare that to how many miles it indicated in previous months and years.
I agree with you, suspension is HORRIBLE, when I just got a car, I drove it for 300km, and it was the most awful experience in the car I had, because of suspensions, in 6 months it was way better due to springs getting more soft. I've done a road trip for 5000 km and it was great. In the city I just reduce PSI in the tires and its okay, not great. But if I knew about suspension before that - I would probably go with some PHEV rather than Tesla.
Thanks for mentioning this. Rigid suspension is a deal breaker for me. My streets are already so bad I'd tear the car up daily driving. No thanks for now.
It's in the description - generally the 3rd party ones look kind of odd but you're right this one is based on the one you find in the model S and X - so it looks good and flat unlike the other more round yolks on the market.
24 MYP 21 inch wheels is so nice! The roads around me are nice so no issues cruising, but if I come up to dirt road or rock road then yeah i'm feeling it LOL. But on highway/expressways etc.... IT'S SMOOTHE as butter.
I did that! You're right I taped them under the dashboard and for product links + more details you'll need to see my first video description (I made a Tesla update about 6 months ago too)
It works via cars power - so it's connected to the center control and you don't need wifi to change AC settings, move seats around, turn on seat heating etc. For the wifi apps like Netflix or TH-cam it connects to phone Hotspot - so it is separate from the car (which means you can watch videos while the car is driving). It also has its own speaker system and can connect to Bluetooth earbuds/headsets.
I am not planning on buying this vehicle but my grandmother and I booked a test drive for a Tesla model Y today at the mall here (they offer people to do test drives even if they're not buying one) so me and my grandmother are going just to try out the vehicle and I think it'd be cool to drive one. I just wanna know what to expect and how it is to drive one. Lol.
I got ppf installed to the front of my car and including mirrors. This makes it much easier to remove dead bugs and grime. Regarding your suspension, I am surprised at your model. I have a 2023 MYP and while the 21" wheels and tires impact my ride, it is actually much more comfortable than I expected. On hard bumps it is noticeable but it isn't that bad. I am dropping from 21" to 20" in the next 2 weeks, and I expect the ride to smooth out even more with the lightweight wheels and larger side profile. I wonder if the suspension is different on the MYP. My model should be even more stiff as the MYP is roughly 1" lowered(springs) over the MYLR and standard Y, thus the suspension travel should be less as well.
Maybe it takes a while for it to soften, I've had it for 6 mo tha but comparing it to other cars in the range like a Mercedes glb or x5 - nah this suspension is far stiffer.
@@ChilledFossilofficial Unless you got the AMG series Mercedes, the standard Mercedes suspension, IMO, is way too soft of a ride, similar to Lexus. BMW is usually a bit firmer and even more so with the M package or the Mercedes AMG package. Unplugged Performance and ZevCentric have great after market suspensions for the Model Y. While they are not cheap, these could improve your Model Y. Tesla still has a way to go on their suspension but I don't mind the ride of my MYP. I have had some performance cars in my past but my last vehicle was an Acura RDX, which had a fairly soft suspension.

Exactly and this IS WITH 19s

Most vehicles you can change the suspension, changing the springs. Isn't that an option with Tesla?
@@ash3rr it is. But its additional cost, also it will avoid the warranty, so not really an option?
Where did you get the steering wheel
From? I thought that came with the S only ?

Try WD-40 for removing those baked on bugs, or if/when your car gets egged. Harmless for the paint or you. It will also help to hide small scratches.
Big W for the Gintama clip 🔥. Very underrated show.

Apparently it gets softer too over time.
The wood in the interior looks different from mine.
Who installed the lights within the vehicle? Is there a specific variant they installed. It looks to be just installed under the dash?

how does the screen in the back work ? does the car have wifi ? how can it be online ?

Is this a fremont build?
Yep!

Its like driving an electric go kart... it's quiet, very responsive, and imo a fun experience
Oh you got the performance. Its more comfortable with a regular MY.
Issa regular my guy

Yep and I forgot to mention this on my video, the suspension sucks. 😅
Cheap
