I just graduated encampment yesterday and got Squadron Honor Cadet and my squadron commander there wants me to start staffing events; she said she was going to email me the application for ALS cadre but I'm yet to get one. How can I email other cadets from different units through eServices?

You're definitely required to join the Civil Air Patrol Air Force Auxiliary at some point in your life otherwise will hold it against you.
