my LEARN HOW TO DRAW Series will be on hold in tell i learn the basis and anatomy also new videos about the process of learn anatomy and basis will be posted every Friday.
Yo man, new to your channel, & as someone who has drawing since born, you got this man My art, especially the coloring part is really bad even thou I keep drawing since I'm little. So you should keep it up mate! My suggestion for drawing is having a really good eyes on "copying" something. That is the basic skill of artist. Try to trace someone art or some furniture/shape. If you have the right scale of it (or atleast it looks good enough) you will ready for the next step, which is up to you. For me, I choose to draw anatomy first
I haven't saved basic videos, but out of many others i find that video really useful as an introduction and very honest. I'll keep looking for some videos that i find useful.
What I see in people who are doing this challenge (including me for the first 30 days) is that they overestimate how much free time they have. For the average people who work or go to school, it will likely be more difficult to find the time and energy. PewDiePie probably have a lot of free time so it is much simpler for him, it's great that you realize this early enough or else you might just burnout. Much love
I'm not sure why people are all recommending you to learn anatomy and stuff. What is the meaning when your copy study is not even correct anyway. The problem for beginners is that they overestimate their ability as well as human's true capacity. I suggest you learn how to measure. Tons of material available online and use that knowledge to draw primary form and group of primary form. Learn a bit about perspective also (ellipses in space, foreshortening, vector planes, 1 and 2 points perspective grids,...) that would help in drawing primary shape. When your measuring technique is good enough, it's never going to be good enough anyway. A small number of people can get it correct (90% accuracy) effortlessly, and they draw a lot of course. Their ability to output the best decision is what separate them from the rest. Everyone else, me included, has to pile up some double-check steps on our thought process, meaning that i immediately assume when drawing something that my output is wrong and went in to find the mistake and fixing them after or fixing while drawing. Anyways, let's assume that you are ok at measuring. Try to draw statue head. Any kind of non-nerve wracking statue is recommended. If you find those too boring, alright do some tracing on digital, maniquinize human figure to easy more digestible shape by tracing them. After that, try to copy your reference side by side. When finished, put your work on top of the reference. If it's too off, draw it again. Value the accuracy. At least you may learn something when your silhouette is correct, if it's not, that means you are learning the wrong information.
completely agree, learning how to measure and learning the proportions of what youre copying will take you a long way. measuring, gesture, and drawing simple shapes in perspective is what really improved my art.
That's a great move! I hope you don't find it too hard and manage to eventually make drawings that you'll each love 🙏
Hell yeah dude, course correcting was the right move. I started drawing a few days after you, so im glad you didn't quit.
That's a W move 🎉
thanks
Good looks, and remember to take your time learning dont rush things
New plan to change your camera view
Been A lil but im back its been going so well!

Good man
I suggest learning 3D structures such as spheres, boxes, cylinders to simplify Anatomy and proportions.
yeah i have a plan 5 min drawing 3d shapes and about 15 to 30 minutes doing random poses
also if you now any good videos can you please send me a link
