Thanks. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia. Pain has been my name for half my life. 74 now. No energy, no pain meds and I want to have Fibromyalgia Support group at the hospital. I will take CoQ10 again. Its been a long time. I hope it's too expensive. I haven't been able to work for 25 years. Love your information ‼️

I live with daily anxiety and take deep breaths all the time. I can't understand what triggers it; I did have covid last year, and it seems to have made it worse, but my doctor says I will get better with time. 😢
I cut of coffee and my anxiety is non existent now i swicth too red bush tea who has no caffeine in hope i helped.

100-200 mg Uniquinol (active form) daily.
Take with meal containing healthy animal fat because Ubiquinol is Fat Soluble.
Some people may need more.
Statins cause severe deficiency of Co-enzyme Q10 which is what is needed in the brain.
Ubiquinol is the name of the active supplement form.
Best foods to increase body’s Co-enzyme Q10 levels:
Organ meats
Meats like beef etc
Fatty fish

How do you get it if you can’t swallow a pill/capsule?
I have problem swallowing and have found you can find smaller pills. It can mean a bit if work and you have to take 2 or 3 sometimes. I always try to get capsules as they tend to be coated.
