Thank you. There is another piece by Grieg about Spring. It's "Spring" a piano piece (opus 43 Lyric Pieces, Book 3).

One would suspect that a Norwegian orchestra would be better at performing any piece by Edvard Grieg than any other. You all have certainly set a marvelous standard. Mr. Gardner (a Norwegian?) does a marvelous job of leading the Orchestra in a very moving performance. Another reason why Grieg continues to be one of my favorite composers! Thank you!

この曲大好きです。日本では「過ぎた春」という表記が多いですが、原曲は歌曲で、その詩を読むと、「最後の春」が正しいと思います。
