    Thank you very much! Sent unit out to get repacked and the person who repairs the sprayers quit. I looked at several videos and yours was the easiest to follow and understand. Piece of cake.

    great video, can I please ask a question. I used to use my Titan 440i sprayer regular as a commercial joiner on all my finished walls. However being retired for the past 10 years my sprayer has just been left. I need to use it again but somewhat scared of switching it on regards any seals that may be obviously dry and or corroded. What would you recommend ? would appreciate any reply.

    • @sprayaholic
      @sprayaholic  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ReikiTraditionSchoolofReiki hey. So was the machine stored with any material in it, or dry with out a hose attached?
      The ballbearings will probably be stuck, so you could take your suction pipe off. Take a look at the big ball and cage. Then look up the sprayer to the bottom of the piston and poke something up there to free the ball in the piston. Then it should run.
      You just don't want to fire it up and it not suck anything up due to the balls stuck as you'll burn the packings out.
      Potentially seals have degraded but id hope it should work like before

      @@sprayaholic hi, The machine was stored completely clean and dry. I have had this machine many years for my work they are a superb machine. I've always maintained thoroughly cleaning in and out after every use. I've just managed to start to strip it down I have noticed although its the same as your video 440i the alloy pump assembly is slightly different. I don't have the wire you unplug mine is a fixed sensor that's held in place with a little Allen key that slots out you cant disconnect the wire. My piston seems to be held in place with a large nut at the top and a smaller allen key at the bottom. Have you seen this assembly before ?. Sorry for the inconvenience but can you shed any light on this assembly

    • @sprayaholic
      @sprayaholic  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ReikiTraditionSchoolofReiki is it a pin thats holding the piston in? The allen key hole under the piston is where the small ball bearing is. If i fitted a new piston it comes complete with seal and ball bearing.

      Hey. If yours only works and runs up to the highest pressure. I would guess its the transducer thats failed.
      So do you mean you have to turn the pressure up to the highest to get it to work?

      Ye they are aftermarket ones.if youre in the uk, airlesspro.co.uk stock titan stuff.
      It depends which machine you have. Is it a 440i? Or 440 impact Or ring a titan distributor and tell them your machine model number says under the frame usually and they'll tell you the part number and price of a new piston

    Looks like you have more pumps than I’ve got pants, got 2 clean and one in the wash.Off topic is it ok to run my pump with a 7.5 metre 3/16 bore just bought with graco compact and 1/8 whip hose i know its ok for woodwork but for walls/ceilings thanks for the content you make

      @sprayaholic  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ha cheers bud. Yes machines coming out my ears.. decided to buy aload of second hand ones and different brands allowing me to do more varied content. Plus ive been repairing and selling on to my followers.
      Yes absolutely you can use a 7.5m 3/16 thats the standard hose on a gxff and on mine i use the 1/8 whip. I found a 616 was alright for emulsion but you may see pulsing going higher.. or take the 1/8 off for emulsion and you can use a .19 tip. Obviously depending on what your sprayer spec is....

The part where you put the clip is snapped off i jb welded it back together but I need a new one. It’s the part where the little push button is that knocks the ball loose. Then I also need a prime nozzle just the plastic nozzle itself the valve is still good.

    Привет, что лучше купить: Fuji Mini Mite 4 или Graco Procontractor 9.5? Если покупать к Fuji дополнительно 3m систему стаканчиков, иглы и гибкий шланг то цена будет практически одна с Graco, но плюс Fuji что к нему можно подключить красконагнетательный бачок. У Graco для этого надо покупать модель Procomp. Минус Fuji в том что на самой турбинке нет кнопки регулировки давления. Плюс Graco что у них умная система управления давление когда турбинка включается когда ты курок нажимаешь. Кажется что пистолет у Graco превосходнее чем у Fuji

    • @sprayaholic
      @sprayaholic  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its hard to say as it depends how hard the machines been running and how long its been used. Signs to look for are loss of pressure, it wont build pressure and paint coming out of the top.
      If you use it everyday then some of mine ive done just over a year some ive done over 2 years. But if you can have a look or service each year you know its in good shape to keep using, the parts arnt as expensive as having a day without using it
