I´m living in a single apartment and almost everyday when I come home, I see my elderly neighbor looking through his window with a grumpy face watching me come home. They went around a very affluent part of Vancouver...but to be honest a lot of Vancouver is affluent. Oh shore buds are more likely to be found in Ontario
That's bad, you need to have that fear sometimes for rational desicions. There are some amazing people out there, but there are also people you need to be careful of.
Everyone is talking about the wife She seems like such a nice and friendly person but so does the husband and their dynamic is something i hope i have when im older with my partner
The two strangers are my favorite people ever. The woman seems so smart and fun to talk to. and the guy reminds me of my ex's dad who I loved, quiet, but when he speaks he adds a lot to the conversation
10:57 I was very moved by her sharing the experiment she did with each of her kids with the envelopes. From time to time, I find that I have personally struggled to find happiness in varying ways...her storytelling of the experiment she did with their kids was not only spot-on, but I did some reflection on my own values and with happiness. Thank you. I enjoyed this video AND the concept of making connections with people...including our own relationships with ourselves.
"That was made by my mom." that hit deep. To allow someone to wear a piece of art made by who made you - knowing that it is going to get dirty as intended resulting in cashing in on one wash out of the thousands it has in its life. That was a deep offer by this man; allowing you to wear his mother made apron.
Ya but people grew up with bad parenting and now we live in a world with broken people. Parenting these days need to get better 🤦♂️. U got kids out here growing up racist and doing dumb shit
What do you mean? Bro a few years ago people made “Don’t go to the arcade at 3AM! 😱 *scary*” Or a bunch of fake videos where stuff was always staged. So I don’t know what u mean.

I’d be part of the friendly group that knock on people’s doors asking if I could cook for them. However, if I had strangers knocking on my door, I would lay low, get quiet, and pretend I ain’t home.
This is a truly special thing, human connection was lacking and it got much worse in the months following the release of the video. Meeting people still happens it's a special thing made all the more special now. Last week I got invited to a dance by a girl, when I got there I was just on the nick of time, but she already had a partner. Another girl walked up to me, and asked to be my partner. We had a blast dancing, both learning something completely new together. It was an experience I didn't think still happened these days.
This would totally be an every day thing for everyone if people weren't terrible and steal from strangers or do unthinkable things that lead us all to be untrustworthy
@@iamj369 in an ideal world, it’d be great if everyone could do that! But it’s really hard nowadays to trust random strangers, especially as a woman, even in Vancouver now there are a lot of rumours of human traffickers targeting girls and there’s always posts cautioning people to be careful of who they trust, trusting people asking for help, etc.. even if the rumours are false, it’s really terrible that they even appear in the first place
On paper tha is actually great. But in reality there's a lot of people who will do bad because let's admit it not everyone has an easy life. they may be desperate for something or just aren't good people/citizens. We humans survived by being cautious and applying data from our past that unknown is never to be trusted. Maybe sometimes unknown will do good to us but sometimes it will do harm and we can live without having to dive into that 50/50 life or death unknown situation. "Curiousity killed the cat".
