Your always invited to our humble home here in Katy , Tx. Yes it’s a bit scary these days but sometimes the best times of your life can be the most unexpected ones
Texas was great, everyone was friendly, invited me to bbq's and stuff, had to have my car serviced, they washed my car waxed it and then cleaned and detailed the interior and did all the work and then didnt charge me for the detail/wash and it was the most insane experience I ever had cost me like $60 for a oil change and new filters. I also got asked out on a date by a girl at a grocery store because she found out I was from California cause I bought a bottle of wine and she saw my license. Which was pretty insane. Also got to visit a pretty well known local rock shop in texas that was fantastic. Should have bought more. And as a republican getting into a friendly conversation about trump and politics and not getting into a shouting match was also a bonus.

These past 3 years in America has slowly had me giving up hope in my country. At a 20 year old living in Indiana and it’s hard to find true country loving Americans nowadays. But this, this video right here had me smiling the whole way through. 🇺🇸
Bandera's my home town, people generally are pretty friendly though wary of outsiders. Bandera's already been in a few other shows and they haven't always been kind to the town to be honest. When I was younger we met a German man who was backpacking across the US at the rodeo. My Grandfather was stationed in Germany when my Dad was growing up so he spoke fluent German and he and Deter hit it off. Deter ended up staying with us for about a week as we took him around different places in central Texas. When it was time for Deter to leave we coordinated with some friends further west and he ended up staying with them for a few days as well. Deter would come back and visit us every couple of years. I really am glad y'all did end up finding what you were looking for and were able to experience what Bandera really has to offer.
Wow, what an amazing experience with this family! God bless you! I believe the world needs healthy, safe and fun experiences like this. No evil, no bad intentions and real connection that produces goodness. We can see that in this video! In fact, meeting new people, strangers and "depositing" trust so quickly is a challenge. That's why we need to be discerning and cautious. It's a very fine line. I don't think I would have the ability to connect with strangers that you have, but I admire you so much. Congratulations and greetings from Brazil.
Loved this video! I’m from the Hill Country about 30 mins from Bandera! Those people seem so kind!! My husband and I were in awe of their gorgeous bar!

This is 100% because people naturally feel like there’s a catch when someone offers to do something nice, but when you ask for help people are more willing with no expectation of anything in return
This would never happen if they were black
@@uekvowzkaebbzuvrgipqxhemmwbhe the same goes for how this would never come from a black man to a white one? So what’s the difference… oh wait there isn’t one
edit: you also unprovoked called a Mexican a taco eater in another comment. Seems like you’ve got quite a complex for self righteous hypocrisy
@@oki__ so Mexicans don’t eat tacos? It’s amazing how you think actual racism is not as important as a TH-cam comment. Says everything about you
@@uekvowzkaebbzuvrgipqxhemmwbhe Hey everyone, we found the super-vaxxed!
"are we gonna dust the fish with the parsley?"😂😂
Discover connection You always amaze me. I had to cook some food so I could enjoy this to the fullest & Just finished the video!! literally wow… even throughout the many times of asking, going around everywhere, the change of plans, the overall stress & difficulties, you guys managed to make the video really really cozy and it definitely felt like a personal achievement which many many creators have failed to accomplish throughout their whole career Idk how u do it but thank you team discover connection!!! You guys are awesome, and the thing about the tension and enjoying the moment got me feeling reallyy emotional while eating..definitely points off for that lol!!
I absolutely loved this. I love seeing people connect with others and get out of there comfort zone. Been watching yes theory do this type of stuff for years along with a few other TH-camrs. Glad to have found another channel that provides such great content.
Caught this on my feed right on time! Thanks Brad and team!
Heck, I want them to adopt me to! What a great group of people! Down to earth!
That's one of those channels where you can like the video before you even start watching it. Truly amazing guys!!!
This is the most small-town American connection on this channel and I love it
Small towns are the best
I really love this video, it's showing me just how guarded and scared we are of one another. I love these videos, keep them up.
Thanks for visiting our tiny town. I’m glad y’all had a good time!
Loved this video! I’m from the Hill Country about 30 mins from Bandera! Those people seem so kind!! My husband and I were in awe of their gorgeous bar!
Great content so original and always loved watch this raw content 😊
Glad you enjoyed it 😄
Such a difference between the reactions of the Canadians and Americans. So glad I'm Canadian
Lets goo! Been waiting for a new Video for Months! ❤ Loved the Video where u cooked in the Mexican and the Canadian Kitchen! Keep up the Content pls :)
We have lot's more coming 🙌🏼
Probably one of the best videos I’ve watched on TH-cam!
Nice video! You should try doing this in multiple US states, especially because they can differ greatly from each other
Thank you guys for the video!!! I love what you do! Keep them coming!
Take care!
This just shows it’s a human thing!! Texas, Ohio, Florida, Washington, Canada, Korean, Philippines, Australian, Senegal, Egyptian people with good hearts are everywhere!!! They are good people ❤💜❤️🙏😘
I want to go to a cookout with this family and the family from Compton all together. Lots of wholesome American family time and yummy grilled salmon!!
I hate salmon, and I still agree with you! :)
What a great family you found, that was so awesome. Hanks says no thanks, that was cute how he nudged.
I glad you are back because your videos is just another level
It makes my day ❤️
Keep your hard work
We're never going away ❤️
I absolutely loved the narration for this video. I want this person reading me bedtime stories and instruction manuals, that I don’t wanna read myself.
Love these! I am happy to see you doing this again. Reminds me of Yes Theory when they were small!
Omg at 6:56, that's my good friend robar on the bass!!!! I love these videos and how cool that a friend of mine is in one! Texas is a big state, but everyone knows someone somewhere! lol especially musicians! How cool
It’s not about the destination it’s about the journey… ❤
at around 3;13, that’s one of the best sighs I’ve ever seen. pure gold!
They seem like such a great family!
That narrators voice is amazing. He has the best calming texas cowboy style voice that I have heard in a long time. I don't know how you did it but its awesome. This video was epic.
asking people in a bar is a good way to say yes but a good way for no follow up. they are drunk and saying yes in the moment but as soon as they sober they regret lol
Oh i didnt see the notification when this posted! Im sooooo stoked!!!! I look forward to your videos more than anyone else on youtube! Cant wait!
It's always such a surprise when you realize how drastically different the US is. This is completely unknown to me having grown up in the city.
This is like the old Yes Theory and I’m here for it. I missed this sort of content. Keep it coming!!! 😍
Honestly one of the best videos I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. I’m from Texas and that’s all it’s about ❤️
Yall are so inspirational. I wish I could connect with people more. Maybe I could have more friends
That guy got in trouble by the wife or something for inviting two strangers from a bar he had to have had come up with that story he said he had already unloaded the wood early in the morning like he ready to bbq but with out y’all lol
Either that or he sobered up and realized it was a bad idea.
No, I don't think his wife had anything to do with it. I just think Texans are flakes. Stop trying to blame and fake blame wives for everything.
