    Hello John,
    I ordered the app immediately and wrote to Ben. We, in Europe we have Mil and Metric. Ben will customize the software. Great service from him and as always a great introduction to a really good app.
    Greetings from Germany.

    John: You have become one of my favorite subscriptions on TH-cam, mainly because I look at you as the roll up your sleeves, working class type competitor and that's the type of person I believe many viewers appreciate. It's a mystery how you don't have 6 or 7 times the number of subscribers that you do - that will change I'm sure.

    I can see the benefit for helping determine a bracket and strategy before going to the line. But it would seem too distracting to use during the string where the shooter should be watching conditions and shooting as fast as possible.

    • @FClassJohn
      @FClassJohn  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh for sure. In fact in F Class you aren’t even able to bring your phone to the line. The plotting would be for when you’re practicing only OR some guys will manually plot on a dry erase board or sheet of plastic and then you could transfer all those shots to see how you could’ve improved your holds.

    • @brandonschlund8089
      @brandonschlund8089 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FClassJohn I didn’t know you couldn’t bring your phone to the line. Is that actually in the rule book, just honestly curious? Also what if your using it for an E-target display? Thanks John

    • @FClassJohn
      @FClassJohn  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@brandonschlund8089 it’s a weird thing. Technically the rule book says no electronics are allowed on the line. But now with e targets you have to have electronics so you are permitted to have a phone or tablet but only the e target is allowed to be displayed. The no-electronics rule is an old rule and was to prevent any kind of preferential treatment or cheating.

    What about vertical variation in headwind/tailwind situations?

    • @FClassJohn
      @FClassJohn  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly that’s a much smaller factor than people really want to admit. While it definitely has an effect all it’s doing is typically exacerbating a load that isn’t as tight as it probably should be. At least at 1000 yards in F Class, a headwind or tailwind with a proper load won’t push you out of the 10 ring so you just make minor holds for it as you are shooting.

    • @jaybigboy34
      @jaybigboy34 2 ปีที่แล้ว
