I believe edge sharpener should go along the side cut not along the base, you only have so much thickness to have it flush with the base, but you got lots of capacity to on the side
Hey mate, watch a video on waxing Tommie Bennett Nerdiest Waxing....he gives some good tips. They use use a rota brush which I don't have but get good results with a hand brush. Also, I built my own board bench. I picked up a hallway table for $20 and mounted some timber blocks on it. Slotted the blocks and lined it bike tubes...there's some videos around how to make one.
I’m not an expert either, but on doing research I found that most places don’t remove the bindings. I think the reason you might experience warping when keeping your bindings on is bc it doesn’t look like you have any supports beneath the board. Some old books or even cutting some blocks of wood to the same height might help. Put one on each end and maybe one in between each binding for a total of 3 supports
That was really good. Thanks for sharing it!
My pleasure!
Thank you for easing tutorial 😊

makes sense or it could be the shops is lazy. I imagine taking bindings on and off takes a lot of time if they are trying to turn around quickly
Nice job. Thanks!
