So the show takes place between the movie and the wedding short, it's about Rapunzel's life after she gets out of the tower. Yes, it's in 2D, not 3D, simply because Tangled is - to this day- the most expensive animated movie in all of history. But don't let the 2D fool you, the show is incredibly well developed, the original voice actors decided to come back for their characters because they saw in the script that it wasn't just a pointless show. The plot is intriguing and full of heartbreaking moments as well as really fun and entertaining bits. If you want Tangled 2 I guarantee the show will not disappoint! Loved the video ♥

Tangled is so good. I have loved Zachary Levi for so long because I loves the TV series Chuck and when I found out he was going to be a disney guys voice I lost my mind. Also he is Shazam as well.

The lantern scene is the best romantic scene in not just any animated film, but possibly any film IMO. Everything from how the story built up to that moment, to the voice acting, to the song, to the animation, was incredible. I love how they use the reflections on the water to give the illusion that Rapunzel and Flynn are just floating through a cloud while still being on the water. It's truly a beautiful sequence.

I've seen many reactions of this film. It's my favorite film. And it just warms my heart to see people get so pissed off when they don't kiss during the lantern scene.

I'm sure I missed many and some of these were joint projects but it's a list no one should miss.

I can't think of flaws either save maybe teaching kids to talk to and trust strangers and run from parents to do it, BUT I DON'T CARE ITS SO FANTASTIC!!! 🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸🤸

It’s also funny you mention Tarzan. If you believe the Disney shared universe theory, he’s Rapunzels cousin. Both Flynn and Rapunzel have a small cameo in Frozen. This combined with a resemblance between Rapunzels Mother and Elsas Father, have led people to believe they’re siblings. Making Rapunzel a cousin of Elsa & Anna. This relates to Tarzan because co-director of Frozen Chris Buck has stated that the Parents survived the shipwreck, lived in a treehouse in a jungle, gave birth to a boy, and then were killed by a leopard. The other director Jennifer Lee has also stated, that they were on their way to a wedding. A wedding that given the timing, three years before the events of the movie, which is exactly when Tangled was released. Could’ve been Rapunzel & Flynn’s. This also explains Elsas parent’s fear of her powers, their niece got kidnapped for hers.

Tangled is one of my favorite Disney movies and it is so much better than Frozen. No contest. There is a Tangled cartoon series that is what happens in between the time she is reunited with her parents to marrying Eugene and it so good. Definitely recommend. You get all of the fun characters again and the music is actually really good.

There's this movie ,then Tangled Ever After,then Tangled Before Ever After that's chronologically set between the two,and then the tv series Tangled Adventure that further extends the story after the events in Before Ever After,which is also set before the movie Ever After.

AMAZING story & soundtrack! Who knew Rapunzel's story & the kingdom of Corona had such compelling extended lore? (Cass is a new fav for sure)
And the fact that 3 series-specific characters were voiced by some Broadway's finest is just...the best. Not many kids' series get that kind of respect.The soundtrack is something else. Just wow. (And Alan Menken finally got EGOT status from the soundtrack, yay!)
The tears healing was a nod to the original Rapunzel story, I believe.

Great reaction! Love your vids. Tangled is also a favourite of mine. A few things, there are about three sequels: Tangled: Before Ever After, Rapunzels Tangled Adventure (A TV Series), and Tangled Ever After (Their Wedding.) There is actually a lot more to the story, Mandy Moore, Rapunzels voice actress felt the same way until she read the scripts. The whole cast returns for all of it. You get to learn more about the mythology, and character history. You don’t need to worry about the hair, and there’s no crying on people to heal. But interesting fact, that’s a part of the original fairy tale of Rapunzel, healing tears.
This film is amazing. I could never get bored of it.
This one of the only Disney movies where the princess is actually smart and independent and doesn’t fall in love with some guy after two minutes ❤️

Lead female: Rapunzel has way more personality than Elsa, Anna has a big personality but Rapunzel is smarter and makes better choices I’ll give both movies half a point
Lead male: Flynn wins, enough said
Comic relief: Just Pascal or Maximus get more laughs out of me than Olaf and Sven combined, and Pascal and Maximus don’t even talk
Villain: let’s see, Gothel stole a baby and used her to keep herself young for 18 years and KILLED a main character... Hans handed out blankets to freezing people and pretended to be in love with Anna... Gothel wins, Flawless Victory
Parents: Anna and Elsa’s parents only exist to make Elsa afraid of her powers and die, meanwhile Rapunzel’s parents lost their daughter pretty soon after she was born and they spent 18 years searching for her and doing the lantern thing every year in hopes that she would see them and come home, and they don’t say a single line in the movie but you can always tell what they’re thinking or how they feel. Even Gothel was _slightly_ better than Elsa’s parents, she at least taught her daughter how to properly control her magic
Ensemble: thugs are great, rock trolls suck, moving on

Big scenes
Action scenes: Tangled’s dam fight scene is awesome! Flynn fighting the guards and Maximus with a frying pan, Rapunzel and Flynn swinging around using her hair, the entire dam collapsing, and more make this one of the best scene in the movie. Frozen has the wolves... and the fight with the Duke of Weaseltown’s guys... underwhelming... Tangled wins
Emotional scenes: the flooded cave and the Stabbington brothers tricking Rapunzel just kinda work better than Anna and Elsa’s confrontation and Olaf turning on the fire for Anna
Big emotional song scene: UNPOPULAR OPINION! I see the light beats let it go in so many ways. Both are beautifully animated, but I see the light’s warm colors are more inviting than the cool whites and blues of let it go. The song I see the light has an advantage over let it go because it’s a duet, and duets can have things like harmonies, overlapping parts, harmonies, isolated parts, clashing notes that resolve into harmonies
I could go on for hours about this scene so long story short, tangled has the better Big emotional song scene
Fake out death scene: the winner is obvious but I’ll talk about both. Flynn’s death scene was built up from the first line of the movie, and the build up to when he cuts Rapunzel’s hair is perfect, Rapunzel begging to let Gothel heal Flynn, Flynn insisting that he should die so she can live, and finally, she goes in to kiss him one last time and he cuts her hair, sacrificing himself but saving Rapunzel, and for a good 10 ish seconds he’s actually dead, also the line “You were my new dream” gets me every time... now let’s talk about the frozen solid scene, the concept of a frozen heart was built up early on, but you didn’t really know how, when or if it would effect the story, so Hans tells Elsa that Anna died from her frozen heart, causing the crazy snowstorm to dissipate, he then draws his sword to kill Elsa but Anna gets in his way right as she freezes solid, shattering the sword, Elsa calls out to her sister wraps her arms around her and starts to cry as she lets out a _final_ breath, Kristoff Sven and Olaf react then not even five seconds later she unfreezes
Long story short, Flynn’s death was built up from the beginning so there was a chance he would actually die, but there is absolutely no way Disney would kill off the main character of a movie, especially not a Disney Princess so Flynn’s death scene works better

If you enjoyed the movie, I'd highly recommend the spin off tv show, (appropriately named), Tangled The Series! It's got an incredible (and almost stunningly deep) storyline, and really develops each character much farther than the movie. 😄 Gosh I love the show. The creators have really poured tons of love into it. 😊

A Hundred Togethers she’s repeatedly manipulated him and used him. she physically assaulted him, and held him at gunpoint, using his blind devotion to her to excuse her actions. she sent him on a suicide mission, basically telling him that he’s expendable and doesn’t matter, got with the woman who left him to die at mount whether, forced him to shoulder all of the responsibility among their people about mount weather by leaving him alone in s2. left him, WILLINGLY, to die in a fighting pit. the ship is not, AT ALL, healthy, and there has been both physical and emotional abuse present in it. i could honestly say more if i bothered to actually rewatch the show but that’s just what i remember off the top of my head. and just for a little extra, she’s constantly called “princess” while him a knight, which is incredibly degrading to his character considering he’s a poc and poc have a history and still continue to be treated like actual garbage on this show.

You're talking about Clarke "abusing" Bellamy which I think is not the appropriate word but that's your opinion and I respect it. I think they have one of the "healthiest" relationships on the show given the circumstances (apart from season 5 where the both of them acted completely out of character in my opinion.) They complete each other so well and I think it's just great how he just lets her do what she thinks is right and he's not trying to be in charge. I love how they can rely on each other and how selfless they are. But from what I gathered, you're not a Clarke enthusiast.😂 And I just have one question for you. If you think Bellarke's relationship is toxic, what do you think of Clarke and Lexa's ?

I honestly really recommend watching both the movie and series because unlike most ppl (including me) thought it isn't just made for money, it is honestly one of the best things I've ever seen (the show, the second movie is pretty avarage). if you don't end up doing reactions to it then I really think you should watch it in your spare time
