I think this is one of Rush's best songs. It is a friggen banger!! Rush went heavier in their later albums. Geddy's voice got deeper as he got older but it still sounds great.

This is one of their most energetic bangers. That they came out with it after 40 years of making albums is especially a treat!
And this is considered a deep cut song by Rush
That's why this last Rush album was Geddy's favorite; great songwriting as always; try bastille day from All the worlds a stage
For a live performance I highly recommend Working Man live in Cleveland , this one you will get the lyrics live no problem, See how thee guys in their 50s end a three hour concert Fire 🔥 fire 🔥 🔥

Geddy is very versatile singing with him be ready to expect the unexpected
This is their last album from 2012.
In the mid-to-late eighties you worked with a singing teacher and started to shift his vocals down a little bit just so that he would have a long career and not fry his voice out, so anything you hear post 1990 isn't quite as glass shattering. 😂 I highly recommend you listen to the entire album from start to finish because it is a story set in a steam punk world, it's really cool.
Oh, and thanks for the shout-out any attempt at pronouncing my hard to pronounce name 😂

I enjoyed this one, I'm not familiar with this song. I only have a couple of Rush albums and I was one who didn't particularly like Geddy's voice to be honest. Sounds much better here though.
Of course Alex is a great guitarist and Neil was a first class drummer. Best of all time? Not in my opinion, but that is of course up for debate! 😁
