Priceless to hear this artist discussing his work and the evolution of modern art.

So refreshing to have an artists who doesn't exclusively talk pretentious nonsense. And nice to not have an equally pretentious interviewer. Great video!

The man is amazing as is his art. The scale and imagination plus to create such magnificent work is tough to describe in words. Hence just look and enjoy!!!👍👍👍👍👍🍷

Stella began as a minimalist but wound up as a cubist. One of the greatest.

El pensamiento no es la solución que nos conduzca a la obra de arte, sino la conciencia de hacerlo.

    K. Yoland did a fine job ... I have such mixed feelings about much of Stella's work but he seems like such a decent, unpretentious man that it makes me want to better understand why some of his paintings are considered so important ...

There's art. There's the art world. Then there's the real world.
I don't think I've ever heard such asinine questions to someone who can speak a bit about making art. Truly a blown opportunity.(and he was nice about it to the kid{she should have had adult supervision])

I agree 100% She's about as dry as burnt toast. Stella obviously has a great personality, it's too bad the "interviewer" was totally unable to "engage'" with him. You're absolutely right, "truly a blown opportunity....."
