Thanks for this. The charging port is made so cheaply I'm watching this knowing it's only a matter of time before it breaks and needs replacing.
No problem 👍
Thanks for the tutorial, I just managed to fix my QC 35s that weren't charging by following this video.

Do you know where I can find a replacement type c port for my qc45
Hi Joe, i have the smaller version of QC35, (mini 6haa type) and wont charge up, even tried other leads that i know work ok, is this fix possible with my smaller headphones, would the part still be the same?
Thanks in advance. Stef

Hi! I am here looking for a reason why my headphones wouldnt turn on. When I unplugged the orange ribbon from the top side, the headphone was able to turn on. What part is that? Is it replaceable/fixable?

thx! I think my charging port needs replacing.
Do you think you could essentially upgrade these to usb-c by replacing the charge port pcb with the qc45’s board?
Good question but no it won’t work.
@@Joesge do the cables not fit? Or are boards not the same size?
@@Joesge other than having to file down the opening on the qc35ii’s to fit the usb-c port, this seems like it would work. Is there anything else stopping someone from doing it?
@@jacobmendez I'm also interested in this idea. Ever found out any more info?
what is the part number for Charging port replacement ? how much does it cost ?

It would be lovely if it could be changed to USB type C
It really would 🥺
@@Joesge Someone made a USB-C mod for QC 35 II, maybe the PCBs are compataible.
