Hey bud. U every take a look at Ashland leather? Their valet trays are awesome as are their leather accessories like wallets & belts. Their shell Cordovan is sick.
Always love seeing your edc videos! A recommendation for future updates though is showing everyone where/how you carry everything. I feel like a lot of guys struggle when they start carrying around edc gear on how to carry everything comfortably without looking like your pockets are stuffed full of junk. I always like getting quality recommendations from guys that actually work, and use their tools.
Another good EDC item is a plain old Bic or Zippo lighter. Good for when you have a loose thread and need to burn off the end. I've also used it before to repair plastic items that break, like the cap for a water bottle etc. And I'm sure there's many more uses out there too.
I saw the keys and I thought you might want to try out a leather key organizer, like a little pouch thing you can put your keys inside to stop them from scratching up my nice leather wallet and phone screen, as a bonus I cut up some scrap leather and fed it in-between the keys and now they don't rattle
Maybe a knit pick but if anyone looked up the ring I found it listed as a metropolis ring... If anyone is looking for one! Thanks for the video carl love all the stuff you do!
My edc is Ridge Wallet, the Home Depot special Milwaukee Fastback, and a Leatherman Rebar. I’m gonna be buying a new knife soon but for now that Home Depot special will do.
@@CarlMurawski I did construction for five years before becoming a trucker. I’ve put those utility knives through hell and back and they never break. Through rain, dust, and dropping it from heights they are really reliable.
Love the videos Carl! Would you ever do a work edc? I’m an electrician up in Canada and would like to see just the work pants edc to maybe get some new ideas. Thanks again! Keep crushin it!
Thanks for the fun video, Carl! I have a video request…I just moved to western PA from Florida and don’t have a winter wardrobe. I’ve purchased some light jackets, wool sweaters, but one thing I can’t seem to figure out is how heavy of a jacket I might need. You think maybe you can do a video based on the warmth of certain types of jackets (waxed canvas, synthetics, etc)? I’ve watched your carharrt video that you did a while back and it was super informative, but obviously very focused on Carharrt.
@@CarlMurawski thanks! Also maybe some recommendations for pants and shoes for quick outdoor tasks like walking the dog or something like that. I own boots like grant stone and red wings but those aren’t practical for quick on and off. You’re the man, Carl, thanks!
Great vidoe sir that knife if sweet ill have too look at getting one. Only thing i dont see in youre edc are a cuple of pew pews. I feel necked withiut mine
I recently found this channel and I love it! I've already made a list of recommendations and am narrowing down what I'll buy! I love the lists like these. Thanks to you I'm on my way to buying my first proper pair of leather boots, and I'm thinking Jim Green for my introduction since you and your commentators have spoken so highly not just of the boots, but if the company. Right now I'm leaning towards the Razorback Wedge Sole, but may have to wait to see you review the new Baobab boots to see how they are! All the best to everyone and thank you.
Great video Carl. I love all your edc items. I really like benchmade knives, I really liked your protech, I really want to get a protech, they are all so awesome. I daily carry my spyderco shaman and I would really like something from protech and tactile knife company in the future. Keep up all the great videos.
Carl that Benchmade is super rad. I have quite a few benchmades and I haven't seen that one yet. That is better then your other one which was a Protech I believe.
Got here first! Will post another comment after watching the video. Also, I reached out to you about a model T poster I wanted to send to you for your garage/studio if you’d like. No worries if not. Thanks for the great content!
I havent seen anything about their politics, but it's probably best I don't. I'd rather enjoy a company for their products and ignore their political stance.
@@CarlMurawski They're active with local political contributions, which I can understand. However, I don't want my hard earned $ going to those local politicians. 🙂

Actually added one of Frank Clegg's Alligator Bifold wallets to my EDC. I know his bags get a lot of great reviews (deservedly, as I have 3 of them now), but his wallets are incredible too.

I am can’t believe for a second really likes that knife . It is so uncomfortable. He must never use it for any extended period of time and that price tag is a slap in the face. With all of the wonderful knives that have just come out this year I just can’t believe that’s the knife he likes Scratching my head
Completely agree. Benchmade makes some great products, but their pricing is insane. There are waaay better knives out there for much less than the cost of the Narrows, especially in today's knife market.
@@CarlMurawski Well, I still like the "luxury" of the cargo pants option, but not because I plan to put anything specific in there in advance. But maybe if there was some scaled-back tool belt that was more job specific that wasn't just a fanny pack? I'm spitballing.
Just to clarify, you think this video was so far fetched as to be new and interesting that it denotes a coming decline of quality? Thank you for that unsolicited analysis.
I don't know why, but the fact you use your 500$ knife as fidget spinner, feels like something you should be embarrassed about. maybe redundant consumerism bad?🤔

Thats a really good point, and why I dont keep much in my pockets. They tend to get bothersome if I jam them full of stuff.

I've been taking Ritual for about 1 year. It's a great multivitamin.
Why the narrows?
I saw it in their email list and it looked cool. Thin, lightweight, decent for a summer carry. It was expensive, but I’ve been enjoying it.
Damn, you guys are full of conspiracy theories. It's just a pocket knife, nothing more. You don't have to like it, but do you mind if I enjoy it?

Lost me with the Apple Watch
I hate jewelry and wristwatches now. I guess some guys would say knife and lighter are essential, but others would just say wallet and keys.
Does hat belong here?
It entirely depends on the user for sure. Plus some guys just dont like a lot in their pockets.
