I must say, I’m impressed. That was unreal. Those pike must not care or they are hungry. I didn’t know those lures would work so well. Let’s see how the soft plastics work. Great video.

I LOVE that Dollarama got these lures. It's honestly what really got me into fishing. Being a newbie I was worried about dropping a lot of money on lures possibly losing $15 lures through my learning process.
Love it love it! Especially great in this messed up economical period we're going through.

I've always told newbies that as soon as you've paid for the lure, make peace with the fact you're going to lose it.
$1.75 makes that loss a lot easier, especially since a similar lure from Canadian Tire could cost upward of $15.

2:50 I have that exact same $1.75 bait and I get a lot of Smallmouth Bass with it.
In addition to the cheaper lures made especially for Dollarama, you can find brand name lures since Montreal-based Dollarama bought stock from a chain of outdoor stores in Quebec that went bankrupt.
Googan Squad baits that normally go for $11 or $12 can be bought for only $5.
    ($5 being Dollarama's highest price)
I just scooped up some Arbogast Hula Poppers for $5 each, and they normally retail for $10 or $11.
    Great video, buddy.
