- This is my Jiaoqiu Experience
Today is August 20th, and tomorrow the banner for Jiaoqiu will be released in Honkai Star Rail. That's why I decided to make a video about him.
Jiaoqiu is a Fire debuffer from the Path of Nihility. He is the best partner for Acheron, as he helps her charge her ultimate faster and makes playing her easier. Plus, his debuffs persist between waves, which is a nice bonus.

if u have Ff u can littery replace anyone or fit everyone with her since she aoe and self implants fire weakness..but her ideal team required ruan mei and Hmc + sustained Gallagher best in slot for that.

edit: Jesus Christ alot of ppl are saying "[...] leak(s) stuff" no, it wasnt in leaks, hsr devs *DID* had an idea to make him heal but they scrapped that idea ( probably because hes a male character bruh ) hes literally a battle medic, sucks that the devs only make good female characters to sell more $.
If healing was in his kit I would have pulled him for my Acheron 😤😔

why does everyone keep thinking that kafka and black swan are on acheron's team? they're worse, and the lack of skill points is a big problem. pela is much better and with jiaoqi are the perfect team.

@@rusty9835 Black Swan is still good, since she doesnt need to use skill points to provide stacks for Acheron, well Jiaqiou does the same thing as well so shell definitely be replaced by him.

U can pull him for pure fiction. And for anybody char with strong ult like argenty, Acheron, casino and another.
I mean you could still pull for him his debuff are higher than pela’s and due being vuln debuff works very good with def shred/ignore, so even if you don’t have his best team you could use him as a general debuffer in other teams.

His doing great with argenti it's just it's so hard to valance 140 hit rate to 160 spd mine is just 144 hit rate with 141 spd with vonwac for fast recharge and advance forward.

I love him and he's wonderful with Acheron. I may adjust my build for him for DoT if I can't get his signature lightcone or an E1 Jiaoqiu.

He should have had a mechanic where each time an enemy suffers from a maximum of 1 dot per turn, he heals the ally who caused that dot.
I was on the fence on pulling for him. I was waiting for kafka/black swan but I have enough to pull for a 5 star (no guarantee). My gamba addiction said, "wHy noT TrY 30 pULLs? jUsT tRy."
And I did. He came early at 20 pulls. 😮💨 looks like I still have enough for BS/kafka. Hoping I still win 50/50 on their banners.

Running Pioneer on mine. 140 EHR, SPD, C.Rate, ATK. Sparkle will make him do the rest, though depending on how much ATK he'll have with all that EHR, might drop the extra ATK% for C.DMG.

Wish they gave him healing or buff other char in his kit even with just a small amount, his ult based on yin yang circle and the red part (yin) do harm to the enemies (debuff) then shouldn't the white part (yang) do the opposite? Healing or buff, that would be so cool bc he a healer after all 😞

since i am new at hsr i am at almost at memory zone boss what i do is there a character that is coming that should pull to get the boss or i go to jiaoqui and wait for archeron and aventurine?
You have the right idea. Aim for units that are either busted DPS that you can build a team around or universally strong sustains. As someone who owns Acheron and Fu, but not Aventurine my vote is on blondey.
Preservation is by far the best kind of support in any content and can be slot into any comp. You could always use a 4 star dps like Xueyi instead too.

I was wondering how does he even heal but then I realized he actually doesn't, that kinda removes the point I was wanting him. The ultimate buff is hreat but is it actually necessary or should I ask as necessary as it needs to be. Either way I'm trying to go back to my old ways of just going for who I want, it felt good when doing so especially when I managed to get e6 Jingliu saving up near 200ish rolls. Although I might never get that lucky again it felt good.
