- Hi everyone!
Today a major update 2.0 was released in Honkai Star Rail, and with it a new planet - Penacony. Also, two new characters were released: Misha and Black Swan.
Black Swan is the Wind DPS of the Oblivion path. Her damage is caused by stacks of debuffs on the enemy. And the ideal partner for her is Kafka.
I reflected all my experience in this video. I hope you will enjoy it.

Btw atk% > Wind DMG for BS because of her % bonus damage she gets with EHR

@voilavioila196 i think if you use asta, wind dmg still fine, but if you use ruan mei, then atk% probably better

EDIT: I pretty much maxed Pure Fiction chamber 1 with her, Kafka, E1 RM, and Huo Huo. She destroyed it so much, the game had to give Yanqing a shield to make sure all other enemies spawn before he dies so I can get the full score. Did it in 3 cycles even. She is beyond broken for the current pure fiction.

I mean that's kinda the point of the current pure fiction patch lol. I was pissed when I realized it was dot but at least it was almost brute forceable for the 4th pure fiction although I'm going to need a few better attempts
They always make a moc and pure fiction buff around new characters to make them look insane

The level of quality in this edit is insane, what a great video. I pulled her and got her E1 (I think I'm gonna camp her at E1 for now) and she has been godly. Great pair for my Kafka/Guinaifen. I run a triple DoT comp with those 3 and it's been bonkers... It helps that my Guin is E6. Her E1 makes her as much of a DoT glue character as Kafka is, 25% shred on any DoT element is nuts, its like a RM E6, but it's her E1... Anyways, love the quality of this vidoe, keep it up man!

I want the pretty lady but I’m new to HSR (TL 31 atm) and I’m trying to decide if having her on my account so early in game would be worth my resources as I’d have to farm.
Do you want her because she looks pretty? Then try pull her anyway, games are for fun and fun isn't always optimal.
From an economical standpoint: did you manage to pull Kafka during her last rerun just gone / do you have another DoT Nihility like Sampo or Guina that you enjoy running? If yes to either of these, then you can try for BS because you'll be able to plan the beginning of a DoT team. Especially yes if you did get Kafka, since Kafka's such an enabler of DoT teams in general.
If no to both, however, then you can always decide to save for her rerun when you'll have more resources to farm with. Don't fear the FOMO too much; the game's still new enough and the character roster small enough that her rerun will probably be sooner instead of later, at least compared to games with far bigger rosters.

Which blessing/path do you recommend the most for BS?
You dont actually need SPD boots on her if you cant 2 turn move before boss' turn. Any unit that detonates DOT will apply Arcana so those units are better fit being fast.
