i spiked a lot like you when i started, u don't need to do if u dont want to but in my opinion, if u try to take off that swing forward before swinging your arms backwards, your spike speed will improve. u already spike with power, if u focus on a faster aproach and arm swing your spikes will be much better, it still feels like a slow approach but u got much much better
I started to play, and I'm loving it, I already have 27 years old with only 1.70mts but I will do my best to inprove like you bro! thank you for the inspiration!
