While the footage was great, be careful around the drone rules and whales, you look like you got too close. Also keep in mind, in Aust, if you fly for money, which you do by earning income off TH-cam you also need a license.

For some of you who are upset with Keith's knife skills, can you think beyond your own fixed mindset of how much more evolved you are than anyone who does not feel like you? If you watch more than two Zatara youtubes you will see that this family is about love, caring for each other, respect for cultures and the beauty of this earth. Keith is not trying to make anyone's life miserable and is doing what he believes is best for the situation.

Zatara, wanted to thank you once again for the joy you have brought my wife and I over the last few years, we always dreamed of doing exactly as you have done but unfortunately life just couldn't seem to cooperate, my Faye has lost her battle with early onset alzheimers and left me to fend for myself now. Your family gave her such joy over the last few years that I will forever feel indebted to you all. To Kieth, stay strong and true to your values captain, to mom, stay beautiful and loving, more mothers could benefit from your example, to all the children, you consistently made Faye smile and laugh at your antics, you, whom I've never met, will always be in my heart and thoughts for what you unknowingly brought into my wifes life at a very trying time. You all have my gratitude and thoughts. Keith, with all the turmoil, strife and danger in today's world please stay safe and protect the family that for some reason has captured my heart to the point of worry. If you can ever manage to return stateside on your beautiful family home, I would dearly love to meet your whole crew and express my gratitude personally. I may also prove beneficial as I am a certified master mechanic and a fair hand at electronics. Stay safe and watch out for the rampant tyranny that seems to plague us all, sending all my strength and hopes for safety, fun and love

@@nikkiscott4341 Yes absolutely. It's an unfair comparison really because here in Maine we can buy them fresh off the boat. The type of Lobster we have is also the more sought after kind which is why it is one of our largest exports and one of our biggest industries. Obviously going elsewhere and buying a Maine lobster in other parts of the world or even a rock lobster from the warmer climates is going to fetch a higher price due to shipping etc. Living way up in the Northeast we become a bit sheltered from the rest of the world so it's easy to forget how different it is everywhere else. So when I was in Cuba we used to catch a lot of crayfish. One of the easiest ways I found of collecting them up and cleaning them was to cut them from the head like you did. And then I would snip with surgical scissors on each side of the tail just on the edges. Grab the tail twist it either direction and pull and it would pull out what we called the poop channel and everything. And the tail is clean and ready to go. You might try that the next time. Also those same surgical scissors is how we cut out the shell and keep the tail whole. Another thing we also used to do for lobster tail that was awesome deep fried and little chunks with flour mixed with ranch dressing mix.

I am shocked that ppl don't report this clip for animal cruelty.. since it is
Also.. I don't know how many times I've see and heard Gordan Ramsey give ppl crap for not killing a shellfish in a quick and "as humanly possible".
Imagine someone 200 times bigger than you, sticking in a knife the size of your own body underneath your shoulders and then proceed to tear your upper body with all vital organs still intact and you are fully aware of this, and have your lower torso removed from your body and the paralyzing pain just makes you "happy" you at least got your arms, and entire body left.. heck even your life is still going...
And here is a good life lesson.. if you don't know what you are doing.. don't do it..
Overconfidence is what runs U.S to believe they are in top 10 in the world in math and all other school stuff while they are on the 26'th place..and are slipping down =/

Finn's shorter arms (more upright, closer to 90 deg) actually "could" someday give him a leverage advantage over Jack (straighter). If he learns how to use it he could do pretty well arm wrestling. I have longer arms than my brother and was always physically stronger, but once he learned how to use leverage to his advantage I couldn't beat him arm wrestling any longer. Keep trying Finn, you'll get there buddy!

Excessively inhumane on the lobster kill. A knife straight down through the rear of the head is the correct procedure, preferably after a 5 minute stint in the freezer. Laughing about the kill on the barby is also tacky and very sad indeed. Got a thumbs down from me.

I’ve watched you all for a few years and this is the first time I’m commenting on one of your videos.
The way you guys handle killing and eating sea life is atrocious. In the past you’ve sliced open fish while they were still alive, and now you cut the tail off a still wiggling crayfish? For a family that lives on the ocean you would think you would know the proper way to prepare sea life.
You seem to have a good relationship with Skillshare, so maybe actually utilize the resource and take a course on catching and cooking sea life.

Tough to watch. Cruelty toward the animal. Wanted to report it to the police, but the embassy, while sympathetic, informed me it had to be done from Australia. Hope an Aussie picks it up.
