I had a lower back pop while barbell rowing last november. Doc shot me with steroids and told me no gym for 6 weeks. i’m on week 12 of pain, unable to squat the barbell. Thought I had good form. Stay safe my friends, and don’t lose your gains to injury!

what is the ideal ratio of strict press vs push press vs jerk in % (percentage) numbers?
based on his previous videos about max calculations: around 60% strict press and 80% push press vs. your max clean and jerk
How do you prevent from sliding back in push press ?
by using legs :)
