Thanks! I have a colleague from the gym and he is also about 40 years old like me, who does easy front squats 8-10x 110kg, I want to surpass him to do at least 15 repetitions. At normal I do over 25x110 but on the front it's much harder with balance.
Thank you so much. I listen to your video for clean and jerk, not to over squeeze the bar with the hook grip and just like that I was able to get my PR. Also was able to get a good split jerk just by practicing with the dominant leg landing first.
Gabriel you have done videos where you used back squats front squats deadlifts ohp and push presses as indicator lifts for clean and jerk strength. Can you do one about indicator lifts for back squat and front squat?
If you are not doing often snatch and clean &jerk , probably what you have there is only the adaptation. Is pretty normal. It will be pass after 2-3 weeks of practice

thank you Gabriel! hitting a 140 posterior chain dominant ATG squat every second day ( single ) @ 83 BW. average yes....any quick tips off the top of your head to surge past the 150 PB? more legs focus or more 140s volume? thanks for the video and look forward to htting the squat programme i purchased from you :)
