      పాలకూర ఉడికించి మిక్సి చేసి వడకట్టకుండా వేస్తాను మెంతికూర కూడా అంతే,ముప్పై సంవత్సరాల నుండి చేస్తున్నాను , చిన్న పిల్లలు కూడా చాలా ఇష్టంగా తింటారు, మెంతికూర చపాతీ చాలా బాగుంటుంది, చపాతీ లో పెరుగు కలిపి చేస్తే ఉప్పు అవసరం లేదు చాలా స్మూత్ గా చపాతీలు మృదువుగా ఉంటాయి
