Nice going Dave 👍🏼 I’ve got everything crossed that those pans line up, I’ve always had to ‘fettle’ mine 😬. You’ve probably already finished the other side at the time of me watching this, but it could be worth checking your fuel line is ok now. Slades Vw who I know you know, do a video I believe on how to check it by seeing if it holds pressure. If it needs replacing it’s open tunnel surgery, but you’re better off finding out now. Keep it up though Dave, it’s a great watch👍🏼
I’m glad it may help. I did start the over side but not finished yet. I need to change a wheel bearing on my Chevy van tomorrow. Also on the gas line I am changing it. I’ll do a video on it when I make more repairs to the chassis. When I flip it over I’m going to remove the bottom tunnel plate to check everything out. I’ll be giving it a good cleaning and treating the rust. 👍🤓
Nice job, you are really bringing that old frame back to life !
I am about to patch my trans tunnel. Timely video. Great work as always, Dave!
I’m glad that you are finding something useful. 👍🤓
Yahoo! Lookin' great!
One piece at a time.
Came out great nicely done 👍
Thanks Louis, thanks for your support. 👍🤓

Good call on the gas line. I have a spine in my garage, had it ages and keep moving it around the garage, shame you’re not close you could have it.
@@philp4842it’s the thought that counts. Thanks buddy.
In case you didn't know. Pour some paint inside the heater channels before you weld them in place. There a few videos about how to do it.
That’s great advice Vintage 76, I will check that out it makes sense. 👍🤓
