Good video! I own a '19 Voyager. I've added Oxford heated grips, a Clearview vented windshield, Cobra 4 inch pipes and had the ECU Ivanized. You're absolutely correct about Ivan's tune. Takes away all of the factory restrictions and allows the bike to show it's true personality.

I’m tall and need that tall windscreen so I’m not sure what bars I’d swap out the OEM’s for. I do plan to add a Roaring Toyz air intake, upgrade the speakers and the radio head for one Bluetooth ready. Other than that, I love my big blue beast

@@ANONYMOUSBIKERUSA Grasshopper Ltd backrest. Have not done the flash yet...not sure I will. Silver color. Yes I like the stock bars..had to play with the position I found the sweet spot for me but they are fine.
He changed his pipes from original, which changes the exhaust back pressure, so now you need to make software changes to accommodate the difference. If you keep it original pipes and use only the Kawasaki air filter. You don’t have to change anything.
I did the pretty much the same setup on my 2019, different brands though. Clearview small vented windscreen, 4in Shark Road slip ons, and of course the Ivan ECU flash. Also switched to a K&N air filter.
The Ivan Flash of the ECU is amazing. Bike runs much cooler, No back popping. And throttle is so much more responsive. Best investment you can make. I have a 2018 and just had my ECU done. And what a difference. I do recommend you remove factory antenna and add some medium lock tight. They’re known to fall off the bike.
I love this bike, always have. I believe that the Voyager and Vaquero are awesome alternatives to Baggers of other brands, but just like my Vulcan S, it's hard to find aftermarket parts.
The Vulcan line make a good bike. Wife had a 09 vulcan 500. I rode that now n then and it was smooooooth and a blast to ride. The entire vukcan line os a underrated bike

I have an 09 Vulcan 900LT with Vance and Hines split staggered exhaust and had Ivan reflash the ECU. It made it a completely different bike. This will be my next bike.
The first mod would be the engine from the VN2000 with a six speed geared so that 80mph in 6th is 2100 RPM. The Voyager is the most comfortable bike I've been on, but it's too tame and quiet for me. The bike is geared as if it has a 1200cc engine as well, it sure does not have the torque the 2000 has.
I'm on an 04 nomad 1500 now. Best bike I have ever had looks good rides better 👍 reliable the best mod I have is the drivers backrest ride for hours no problem
Have you ever thought about removing the trunk? I'm searching high and low for a Vaquero, but there are a plethora of Voyagers. I've heard removing the trunk not only reduces weight, but makes it a more comfortable "Vaquero"
you can remove the truck but there is no after market kits to hide all the exposed parts when truck isn’t there it doesn’t look clean there are you tube vids on some ppl showing how it looks wout the trunk it’s very raw and unfinished looking
Dale, I got the mirror extensions from Bikemaster.com The part sku number on the package is 152462. It's a 1 3/8 rise with 1 5/8 extension. It's distributed by Trucker Rocky and their part number is 152462. Hope this helps!
I actually did a whole video on it called “underpowered or too high expectations”. With the ECU flash, I keep yo with every Bagger on the road less the 124 or 131. It’s prob equivalent to a 107 or so. Plenty of power in all gears and all riding scenarios.

Any that had engine or transmission issues etc ? Also, are they really that bad before you upgrade the ECU? I’ll do that a little later on if I buy one.
make sure you get one that has the KAMS system kawasaki air management system really helps alleviate the heat think 2015 and up the ECU flash made for such a perfect throttle on this bike....... without it obviously it's still decent but choppy throttle. The EcU flash made it superbly smooth
Does ECU flash make the bike faster/stronger in either top or bottom end? Ive been hearing about it but dont know what it does. Im considering switching from goldwing (f6b) because of the knee sitting position.
it allows a smoother more efficient throttle delivery as well as help engine run cooler it corrects the fuel delivery issue to make the bike a better performer across all ends
i don't think it's slow by any means, it's a heavy bike for sure the ECU flash just really opens up the fuel delivery and maximizing its potential. for $350 ECU flash is a great upgrade

@ANONYMOUSBIKERUSA test drove what will probably be my "new bike" today. Looks just like yours 😊. It has NOT been Ivan tuned so if I buy it I'd be going in blind. The engine has way more of a shake/rumble than I'm used to on my Goldwing F6B, especially on deceleration/acceleration. Cruising at 85 seemed kinda unsure, but I take "the internet's" word that Ivan fixes all that. No real point to my comment, just sharing 😂😂

I have a 2020 voyager. An important mod for me was a driver backrest 72.00 and highway pegs 150.00. Made a big difference on long rides.

Just in the little circle I rode it, I was really surprised at how it didn't feel at all to be top-heavy. Very easy to handle.

I cut about 3 to 4 inches off of my stock windshield and drilled out 5 of the 6 baffles in the mufflers.
