Thank you so much Tricia, this makeover was definitely a lot of work but it was totally worth it. I love how it turned out and I'm so glad that I could inspire you 😀
Wow, the tile to the ceiling was an awesome idea. The color is perfect. The large tiles make the space feel larger. You could do anything in that bathroom and it will work. I’m glad you got a different vanity. It looks much more updated. Great job!
Thank you so much, Cathie! 😊 I’m really happy you liked the tiles, they definitely help open up the space! And yes, the new vanity makes such a big difference, doesn’t it? So glad you enjoyed the transformation! 💚✨
Wow! You have some serious skills. An electric tile cutter might’ve been a good investment here (don’t know about Aus but they’re not an expensive outlay in the UK), would’ve been good for all the cutting you did here and then been yours for future tiling jobs. Really enjoying this!
Thank you Carlie! 😊 You’re totally right, an electric tile cutter would’ve been a great investment! I’ll definitely look into it for future projects. So glad you’re enjoying the video!
Legally, with removing the whole shower and tiling, wouldn't it need to be water proofed by professional? Quiery as we looking at doing reno ourselves in south Australia and briefly looked at regulations.
Hey Ashley, waterproofing in Victoria does not legally have to be done by a qualified person however it does have to conform to a minimum standard. However I believe it is different in each state so worth checking your regulations 👍
From Adelaide, I stumbled across your diy's, & I have to say GIRL you rock, The transformation on your bathroom WOW Love the out come, Well done honey. New subbie here.
Why did u use that tiny brush for all of that waterproofing. You could have been done so Mach faster with a roller. Or at least a larger paintbrush 🤦🏼♀️my arms hurt for you. lol 😊
Haha, I know, right? 🤦🏼♀ Looking back, a roller would’ve been so much easier! My arms definitely got a workout, but I think it was worth it in the end! 😊💪
Standing ovation 👏👏👏👏👏 What a brave, hard-working woman. It looks great! Thank you for your inspiration! ❤

Great transformation, the larger tile makes it look larger and brighter. It was a lot of work for sure, it was brave to take on the challenge.
Thank you, the large tiles I found a little harder to lay because some of the walls were a little crooked but it al turned out amazing 🤩

Wow what an amazing transformation, i cant believe this was only $3000
Thanks, Rebecca! 😊 I was amazed we managed to pull it off for just $3000 too!
Where is the toilet?
I asked her that seems weird with no toilet paper
Beautiful, but where’s the toilet?
I think in the "toilet-room" where it supposed to be in ))
It's across the hallway. It's common to have a separate water closet in other countries.
❤ chapeau!
Thank you so much! ❤
Where’s the toilet?
The toilet is in a separate room. Since I as just renovating the home and there was already a separate toilet room I decided to leave it that way :)
@@refinishwithjadeis it attached to bathroom at all?
wth is a "paddle pop"?
Hi a paddle pop stick is what you have an ice block on :) popsicle stick :) without the ice cream on it , hope that helped :)

Wow, thank you, Sarah! 💕 I’m so glad you found my DIYs, and I really appreciate the kind words!
The hair in that shower quite literally gave me nightmares (hair in showers got to be a legit phobia 😱)
Right? It also gave me chills but it is what it is. 😂
@@refinishwithjade 😂
Those make me havs nausea.
100% agree. I cannot even clean the drain, hubby job in our house.

Girl….you are amazing…but, seriously, get some work tables so you can save your back!
Aww, thank you! 💖 Haha, you’re so right-definitely need to get some work tables to save my back on the next project!
Okay. Stupid American question...Where's the toilet?
