@@Mani-kx5xs Gummi ship sections traditionally have singing at things like GDQ. They line up with the runner switches this time.
@@Mani-kx5xs yeah like Liam said its tradition at GDQ for KH runs to have singing sections because pretty much every single KH game has a few boring auto scroller sections where theres nothing that really needs to be said so they have fun by just singing disney songs
Considering that this category was submitted before critical mode was released, I wonder if we will be seeing a critical mode run of KH3 next year.

Those singers did a real good job given there wasn't any background music, and was also live
it seems like at certain parts of let it go, you can hear a bit of the background music, but it would have been better if they had edited in the background music for the video.

@@meetmeintheorchard111 Kingdom Hearts has never really been known for any big functional sequence breaks or skips though, and I don't think that excludes KH3
The most you'll see is just smart improvements/changes in movement and combos, i.e. routing. Breath of the Wild is just so open that as long as you know where to find the right tools you're set. KH has events locked by other events, making it very logic-driven and relatively linear. I'd honestly be surprised if any ginourmous time skips were found in any KH game without cheats or modding
I've never seen a ship double-back as fast as that enemy ship did when it saw the player's WHOLE boat falling from the sky.

I like how the magic build plays a huge role in this run rather than traditional physical attacks and combos. I find that very interesting and intriguing. (Even though its beginner mode but whatever)

I wasn't super hype about KH3 but I like watching people play it, when it came out and I heard there was not going to be any FF characters I was like....if its KHs with FF stuff its not KH

Exactly. KH characters are FF characters in another world. Where the basis of the story is traveling through DIFFERENT WORLDS to save them from darkness. Repeat.....KH....FF....Different Worlds......Worlds Connected in a game about traveling to different worlds to save them from the dark forces (Organization, Heartless, Xehanort himself, etc.)
i do like the fact that the fans kept the hype for FF in KH alive. Nomura said he wanted nothing to do with them since the beginning but man am i glad it didn’t go that way.
@@ziontea7045 I don’t recall him ever saying he wanted nothing to do with FF characters. He’s only stated that there was no room for them since they had so many original characters to work with and plot lines to finish. That’s why renders of FF characters were even created.

Uses less mp and adds up to more damage I think
They used Thunder the whole endgame through because it gives them the prime MP ratio they need for Combos to Ethers efficiency, and against a single target, the loss in damage from the spell tier is much less than the loss in damage from running out of spells in general

Comrade Dan it was cool the first time but they could’ve actually like messed the worlds up and slightly altered them, moving stuff around or just having it be all around darker because it’s literally in an abyss
It was meant to be nostalgic of KH1's final world rush. Doesn't make it any less lame but I see what they wanted to do.
Each world needed a comprehensive revisit with their own bosses and rewards. It might have helped improve how empty some of them felt.

Sora used a different spell while Donald cured, so it looks like sora did the animation himself.

It took years to complete this game and he beat it in under 4 hours
Instead of looking for ingredients, Sora was looking to GO FAST today.
Ehm they said that going through the lightning in Monstropolis is frame perfect. I don't know about that one tho. I manage to do it everytime. Just superslide when you think that one step further will get you shocked. Works for me
And btw did you know you can chain air slides on the way down too? But this is super precise since you have to air slide before you hit the ground. If Sora follows the ground on the way down you can chain them.

Kingdom hearts has only been on PlayStation for most mainline games until VERY recently so a PC port of the remasters and KH3 is still likely
This run was really good, BUT my only grip I have is how simplistic it is with magic. SE really overtuned magic in KH3 by a who lot, so much so it out shines melee combat. IMO this same run but in KH2 is far more interesting to watch since they use a lot more of sora's kit.
