14:50 Anyone who thinks that touching yourself requires a hand wash is the actual disgusting one. How infrequently are these people washing their privates? If touching your junk is "toxic", you got far bigger issues than hand washing, I hate to break it to you.
Further if you are in a public restroom that has no door and they have no towels, only blowers, it is MORE sanitary to not wash your hands as wet hands pick up more germs than dry hands. The exception would be if you had to touch something or you peed on your hands (are you 2?). Most people have no f'ing clue what the point of washing is and it shows.

I think the discussion around damage mitigation contributing to ult charge is being too easily overlooked. Too often do we have situations where mitigating damage doesn't feel like any value is coming from it, meaning introducing a system to solve that could be valuable. It is the only stat on the board that doesn't contribute to ult charge after all.
Obviously if you were to put it into the game right now and change nothing else it would be broken, so, what could be done to work around it? One idea is you increase the amount of ult charge to characters that mitigate tons of damage. Another involves decreasing the effectiveness each point of mitigation would have towards ult (something like 10% or even less). Or, maybe the two of these ideas could be combined?
A change like this would have to be tested rigorously, but there seems to be potential here

Welp if u want the "achtually" part of it is, germs and bacteria will go on ur hands even if u don't touch ur penis. Hence why u wash ur hands after peeing and try to touch nothing in the bathroom.
BUT, if u have a decent defence mechanism, u shouldn't need to change ur habit if u don't fall sick too often. But again, if u live alone / don't have anyone coming oftenly.

That Zen clip reminded me of the time me and a friend was on Paladins and before a match someone on our team said they hated the map that we were going to play on. He said he does the worst on it and plays so horribly. Well me and my friend reassured him that it was ok and just do the best that they can. He responded that he loves our attitude and proceeded to enter the match and we ended up winning. Was one of those rare gaming moments where instead of being negative and feeding more of it, we added positivity and it paid off!

@@lostxnxyou The rubbing isn't what you need done, it just enables the actual process. The soap needs time to actually latch onto that grime and bacteria, so if you spend too little time, you literally do fuck all except get your hands wet. You also need the water to be warm both going on and off, otherwise the soap is not going to be as efficient. I'm sorry, but you're not fully washing your hands in ten seconds unless you are using cold water, which works worse anyways.

I think the tank getting ult charge from mitigating DMG might work considering so many ults get countered by basic abilities now.
Ofc this means that their ult change from doing actual DMG and healing should be nerfed. This would probably make a very interesting gameplay change that wouldn't cause the tank to strait up suffer because people should become more aware and strategic about when to shoot the tank giving the tank a breather and enabling aggressive plays without it being a throw if you die.

You don't wash your hands in the bathroom because you touch things that are dirty in the bathroom. You wash your hands in the bathroom because everything you touch has some amount of germs on it and your hands only get progressively more dirty as the day goes on, washing your hands while in the bathroom is a convenience if you don't want to have to rely on just hand sanitizer while at your desk after you get back.
