Hi Ms. Gina, a little tip about the onions once you peal off the skin, run them under cold water or dunk then in ice water for a 30-40 seconds. This will tame down the fumes/spray of the onions to your sinuses and eyes. Like your recipes.💕

Have you ever used shaking garlic in a paper bag to remove the skin? I heard it works. Have not tried it but think I will. This is a fantastic recipe. I am going to make it again when this shutdown is over for my family, all of them. They will love it as much as I did.

Hi Miss Gina, word of advice from someone who loves to cook, and love to make Grits, even if they are so-called quick Grits, you STILL have to cook them a Looonnng Time, the longer the smoother n creamier they are
She did say that it would take longer at the beginning, because I was saying myself that quick grits takes longer also.

I cannot get enough of this recipe! I finally started Making a triple badge a cheesy grits and freezing them. This morning I put taco meat in a tortilla With a piece of Pepper Jack cheese and some cheesy grits. I heated it in the microwave and wait for about 15 to 20 before about 15 to 20 minutes to eat it. Guuuuurllll please!!!!
