the flanged extension pipe diameter is way smaller than the rest of the exhaust. It's at least an inch and a half smaller. Its not gunna flow like a true 4 inch exhaust

yaaa i guess thats true, funny thing is though my truck has a 318 V8 and i average around 20-22 MPG. completely stock too
