Hey Lee! Sorry I don’t have an iPhone! I have a Motorola which is Android. Very happy with what I have got. Don’t have an issue with it. I do have an apple iPad mini though which I watch your vlogs on as much as my phone. Still it’s nice to see you do something different that isn’t to do with food. It’s nice to mix it up on occasions. Hi Lee… I use a MagSafe case for my iPhone 12 because there are several mounts that are really useful. Wireless charger great for hire cars or cars with poor satellite navigation systems just plug into the 12v and clip mount onto any of the ventilation grills. Maps or Google maps will drain your battery on a long trip also a good hands free when driving. I also have a mount for a tripod when filming my golf swing. Just snap and go… great to take a call, change music whilst practicing also the Bluetooth connection is great when working on my short game with my AirPods connected. I can film, listen to music and answer call combined with iWatch just about anything is possible.

So I shall look up these covers you recommend and thanks for the advice. I still don't get how you get the videos so good. I'm a tech amateur so just help me understand one thing. When you are vlogging with your phone on YOU, do you use the selfie camera or do you literally hold your phone backwards and use a accessory to hold it?
14 Pro Max seems great in daylight. Not up to the best Android phones in low light though, too much lens flare and blown out highlights. And not anywhere near the Sony mirrorless cameras in low light. But then again not bad for a phone. I tend to buy high end Sony phones, similar price to the Max Pro but I like the media options, especially hi-res audio and LDAC bluetooth and 4k screens
I use a Spigen case on my 13 pro max rugged as hell but no textured grips on the side, Ive never heard of Caudabe till this Vlog so Im going to check it out.
Enjoyed the video Lee. Fall used to be used in the UK and was exported to the USA by the early pilgrims and has remained in use but in the UK we started using Autumn, don’t know why. Have you tried driving a Tesla, you may very well be surprised, try it , there is no obligation. Why not do a vlog on it?
For a person who doesn't like manufacturers controlling your car, I must say I am surprised you use Apple products, because they are the worst for controlling what you can and can't do , with something you are meant to own.
I live in philippines and will move to europe next year to study and need a new phone, so I want to buy iPhone 14 pro max, are there any difficulties using it in Europe with a European sim card or Other issues I might deal with? For example, if my lightning cable broke, would they still sell lightning cable there? Especially since EU is making the Usb-c mandatory. Or should i wait for the iPhone 15 instead? Where do you stop with technology. Cost puts me off for a phone to use as a camera only I try to buy old video recorders and cameras of ebay for under 20 quid and have mire fun with them That said you always have great content and great editing skills

Graphic Designer myself Lee but I don't get on with Apple products at all. You should do a Pixel 7 vs IPhone camera test. Infact you should test a Pixel phone for a month and see if you are swayed, make for an interesting Vlog
Looks good but personally I prefer a full case mainly as a mtber/road biker and being out in all weathers a possibility of getting wet or a cracked screen or screen protector

I cannot understand why if you have a high end 'phone ( I have a Samsung S.21 Ultra), you don't have it in a protective case. One slip and a smashed screen at best. Not woth the risk.

Yes, the Sheath has an excellent grip. And in fact, if you have both cases on a table, the synthesis will be more likely to slip, as it has a hard plastic on the back. Whereas the Sheath is more textured.

Some nice scenery at the beginning until some bloke kept waving a phone case in front. Not really my cup of tea, just got an old Samsung pay as you go but a thumbs up as I do watch your other vlogs.

WOW......these phones can set you back up to £3k over the length of your contract , that's the price of a decent secondhand motor or a years gas bill 🤣 Phone's for vloggers 'cause no one else can afford them , I'll stick with my Android and the Veedub 😁 I recognised the archer statue as it's outside Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem , now that would have been your vid to show how good these phones are in low light surely. I've never had an iphone and never would, but I prefer the flip covers which protect the front and back of my phone. I've seen your phone on the table with the similar flip covers that I use in video's in cafe's etc. For me, they are the best one's. The types of cover in this video really don't offer that much protection for your phone.
Personally, I like the Sheath better (as someone who has both cases). I just don't feel the need to have the grips on the side, as the texture on the Sheath gives that grip you need anyways. And just the look of the Sheath is *chefs kiss* can't get better, in my opinion. As well as, in my opinion, that hideous camera hump on the Synthesis brings it down a peg on the scale for me.
Been through more cases than you’ve had fish and chips (probably not that many!) and Mous cases are by far the best. Would never use anything else now.

great way to limit your otg kit lee, but it would frighten the life out of me with a phone that price, i am an android guy myself, best i have is 6mp on my regular old nokia smart phone, Although my camera is Panasonic Lumix FZ28 its good for 10 mp, would be incline to use that if i did any youtube stuff, being a semi retired dj i still have some cracking mixing gear and omni dir/condenser mics if i ever wanted to voice over anything and produce any audio clips. was thinking of doing one on that lovely old girl Bournemouth we have some crazy history although only a fairly young township as some in the UK go. Dr Crippen, John Christie, that wretched jimmy Saville all took up lodgings in Bomo. but i was never on the fixing list.

@@TheMacMaster same as mac, I used medium format, roll film, used to photograph weddings as a weekend job, along with the daily job, colour, or monochrome, personally I love monochrome, they were the days when you had to get it right using a light meter & your own intuition, digital photography is child's play nowadays. I never use the selfie camera. 👍🏼 I use an external mic too.

Lee do you fit separate Lens protectors on them to save the lens from scratches.
I don't I keep in a belt case though as well. 👍🏼

great way to limit your otg kit lee, but it would frighten the life out of me with a phone that price, i am an android guy myself, best i have is 6mp on my regular old nokia smart phone, Although my camera is Panasonic Lumix FZ28 its good for 10 mp, would be incline to use that if i did any youtube stuff, being a semi retired dj i still have some cracking mixing gear and omni dir/condenser mics if i ever wanted to voice over anything and produce any audio clips. was thinking of doing one on that lovely old girl Bournemouth we have some crazy history although only a fairly young township as some in the UK go. @@TheMacMaster same as mac, I used medium format, roll film, used to photograph weddings as a weekend job, along with the daily job, colour, or monochrome, personally I love monochrome, they were the days when you had to get it right using a light meter & your own intuition, digital photography is child's play nowadays. There's something so beautiful about the traditional ways,also better results when you get it right.
