      Be sick of the people in general. Voters led to this. Governments will always be prone to corruption, and for a very long time it was mostly under control when people feared God and voted with concern for their communities.

      i don't think this was related to the george floyd incident in any way. she has asthma and requested for her inhaler several times, a few of those times being while she was being placed into custody. i believe she was just having an asthma attack likely caused by all the drugs, high adrenaline and running.

    The uneven application of the law indicates a failing society. The cost of having Penny roaming the streets and taking valuable police and court time is greater than putting her in jail/rehab/mental hospital for an extended stay. Penny is a danger to herself but more importantly to society at large. The public needs protection from people like Penny.

      Our prisons in Wisconsin are so full that a lot of them are on lockdown and have been since the start of the year. There is a massive surplus of criminals and an even larger need for corrections officers. So people like this go in and then pop back out for others to go in.

      There's a case in Virginia where a perp checking out stole a wallet from the coat rack. It was owned by the judge who'd just sprung the guy. Guess what. Suddenly, the judge wasn't so lenient.
      Another time, a guy with 23 previous arrests stole a boat. It was from a judge's place. Guess what...no more leniency for him.
      These leftist judges don't care about what happens to the common people.

      It's WI. Even though code blue cam is pretty much exclusively WI, I still see these comments. There are no bail bondsmen. You must pay the full cash bond amount directly to the state. Yes, she or someone else paid $5,000 CASH to get her out. But, given the fact that she was already on bail for stealing cars, is a known addict, has almost certainly skipped bail several times before, and has no problem leading police on high speed chases.... $5,000 is insanely low.
      Honestly I don't think people that lead police on high speed chases should be eligible for bond at all. Why on Earth would anyone expect someone like that to show up for court?

She started whining about her social anxiety, ptsd, depression, generational trauma and so on. She was lily white but claimed to be First Nations. She was playing the consummate victim while excoriating the officer for his horrible whiteness. Why can’t these adult babies see that they are responsible for their own actions? If she had killed a family because she chose to drive while intoxicated, she STILL would have painted herself as the victim!!!

    Seeing the sign on the door of the truck makes me extra sad, she stole someone's work vehicle. The judge needs to consider how this has affected the owner of the vehicle, how did this impact their business and life?? Did they miss a mortgage/rent payment that month, incurring ridiculous fees? Were they able to put food on the table?? Might as well hand the judge a knife to cut the throats of all the law abiding citizens, that's essentially what they do when they let garbage people like her walk.

      One time I was so wanting to get high I put my own health at risk by using someone's dirty needle that actually had hepatitis c. I bleached it and then I used it because I wanted to get high that bad, I literally knew I was probably going to get hep c at that point but didn't care at that point in time. I'm so happy today that I never contracted hepatitis c. And I don't shoot up opiates anymore although I do take kratom and Suboxone on occasion, they're only partial opiates but it here's that itch I get for opiates. I just can't stop for the life of me, I don't even go through really bad withdrawals I just feel like I really want it when I don't have it. Again just Suboxone and kratom, both partial opiates

    I could care less what happens to penny, shes shown that she has no plans to change her behavior.     I’m sorry paramedics time has to be wasted by these pieces of trash when they think faking medical issues because they think it’ll gain them sympathy and the police will let them go. Someone who could seriously be in need could be denied because they are off wasting time with this thing. Honest thing she has probably ever said. She doesn’t deserve the help she is getting. She has most likely had plenty’ of opportunities to seek help. Turning it down every time. So yes at this point she does not deserve it. Imagine that. Failure to appear. Probably a serial bond jumper and yet the system gave her bond. Wow.

      I have noticed a lot of cops backing off of that phrase because they were telling George Floyd that when he first started saying "I can't breathe." I am fairly certain they said that, "If you're talking, you're breathing" cause I remember thinking.. "Holy shit" Then again, this was before the cop increased and maintained the pressure on his neck.

      i don't think this was related to the george floyd incident in any way. she has asthma and requested for her inhaler several times, a few of those times being while she was being placed into custody. i believe she was just having an asthma attack likely caused by all the drugs, high adrenaline and running.

      I have seen and known plenty of addicts. Behavior like this can't be blamed on addiction, this is a character and moral problem. Addiction only gives her stimulus to display her true character.

I would never be able to steal from someone who works hard for their things and probably is barely making ends meet to feed my own habit. Stuff like this is lack of morals and pure selfishness

      Like others have stated, this is not from drugs alone. These people like the drug/party lifestyle, which is 100% selfish and self-serving. It’s hard for “normal “people to understand, but these people are addicted to no responsibility, doing whatever they want, no morals, no ethics, just have fun, as much as they are addicted to the actual drug. Removing the drug doesn’t remove their host of other issues. She would be a train wreck, even if you could force her to stay clean. It would take years of intensive life coaching and treatment, while being clean, before she could even exist and function in society.
