I think the humane officer had his excitement for the day. I hope the two dogs (there was a second one running around the house) are OK and are being treated properly.
What a fine upstanding bunch of people. Good work officers
"Check under his hat"..."nothing here all good chief just a pussy man bun"
I don’t know why I’m in handcuffs. You STOLE a car to start with😂
I can’t think of a stupider thing to do than flee when the cops know exactly who you are
The disrespect these people have for law enforcement is just a trip, then they are shocked things get ramped up.
What do you expect from meth addicts? 99% of all squatters are meth addicts. By the way! It's not JUST the disrespect to law enforcement. They have NO respect to ANYONE, including themselves, but they DEMAND it from you!
Well what reason do they have to respect them? They get hooked up, booked in, sign a piece of paper and they're out again the next day. They do it over and over, and keep getting away with it. They consider the cops a joke. There are no penalties for their actions. There's a video on this channel where a guy tells them he's out on bond for ROBBING A BANK. Liberal DAs, liberal judges, hamstrung cops. It's a criminal's playground.
It's because they hate God
Compared to some of the dregs covered by this channel? These people are a treat, just hooked on some bad shit (other than the car thief).
These cops were very patient and nice to these wyte junkies. However I can't help but to think that if they were black the officers would have beat or shot them. That's why they get no respect from me. When they start treating black people the same as everyone else more people will respect them.
My compassion for these criminals is exhausted. We need stricter punishment for their crimes.
we need better rehabilitation, social services, and education to prevent these things from happening
wait what was their crimes was it drug stuff? i'm actually sick of the war on the drugs, that leads to all the death and violence for no gain whatsoever

So much going on there. Respect to the officer keeping his cool.
Dude left and hid evidence off the property, guaranteed lol
Thats what I thought, until I saw they found a syringe under his driver seat and two syringes in the back full of methamphetamine, dude didn’t even have the intelligence or self preservation to get rid of the drug evidence and save himself a charge, either he’s really stupid or really fried from the drugs, smh 🤦🏻♀️ Glad he got caught though, I guess we should be glad criminals aren’t usually very smart…..🤷🏻♀️
He might have been trying to but only made it little bit down the driveway and crashed into the snow 😂
It’s amazing that every time criminals get caught they get so lost and don’t understand what’s going on.
They've probably got at least five different things the cops could've stopped them for, and they just don't want to implicate themselves in the things the cops don't know about yet. That's actually smart in the legal defence sense. It gets annoying when they try to refuse commands based on that, tho.
Well they're mostly really dumb.
So he gets charged with all those felonies and misdemeanors, and all he got was a $750 cash bond???
Cuz he probably doesn't have anywhere near $750. So it probably doesn't really matter. He staying in jail

Taking a dog turned into 1 stolen vehicle recovery and 2 active warrant arrests at the same place lmao
Those bonds are so low as to be ridiculous. No wonder that they are so many repeat offenders, there is absolutely no deterrent.
Perhaps the bonds are so low to enable repeat offenders 🤔
Just catch and release. No consequences
The bond is not meant to be a deterrent, how can you not understand that? It is meant to be enough money that whoever pays it will ensure that the individual will appear in court for the real judgement and punishment
Either everyone gets free bond or no one gets bond.
And a lot of these people don’t even have $500; it may as well be $5,000.
"Mentally Gone, Seems pretty fitting". This officer got no chill😂😂😂
For a guy that complained about not being able to do anything with a gun pointed at him, he was doing a lot.
Doesn’t matter what happened in your past, the choices you make get you into the situations that you then need to deal with. Maybe don’t run from the cops and you won’t have a gun pointed to you
Yeah but I don't think the guns are loaded with bullets just nerf balls
I feel bad for the Humane Officer, he’s just there to serve a seizure of a Live Animal (Dog) and yet he can’t do that because it’s an active crime scene, ugh, I despise this and feel sorry for all LEOs involved
Amber Tappa is sus af, coming out of the camper with that pinpoint stare and rubbing her nose and sniffing... not like she hasn't just done a line or seven right before her little impromptu police visit 😂

Definitely a CI too
So..what about the dog that was the initial reason for the call? $750 bond for three felonies is RIDICULOUS. Fire all judges and DA's and start over.
I came here for the dog. I hope its okay.
I will never understand why people like to live in filthy conditions.
Depression and drugs cause a lot of issues including losing a sense of pride ,,,😢
Nobody "likes" to live in filthy conditions, Kevin. Depression and/or drug use plays a huge role. Don't judge things you don't understand.
@@Tami_L96 The problem is nobody is willing just to say the truth anymore. It's always somebody else's fault or some reason that people can't adhere to any social norms. It's not judging, it's being tired of excuses while this country becomes a cess pool of degenerates dictating the rules. Nothing to understand, just common sense and honesty.
Copious amounts of opiates and methamphetamines
if that was your environment growing up you tend to not have an issue with it
Drugs are bad, kids.
The bond amounts in our legal system make NO sense. When police showed up at my door for something I did which was pretty bad, I immediately knew why, and they were thankful for me being cooperative and pretty gentile. I had to sit in holding for almost 3 days for ONE count of a misd. A and got out on a $1000 signature bond. Austin has a CVS receipt and gets a $500, basically $50 cash bond. I just don't get it sometimes.

As a resident of Vernon County, you are confusing Juneau, Monroe, and La Crosse counties with ours. Tomah/Sparta/La Crosse/Mauston are not here.
We have families like this where I live. Two guys belong to a family that was known for causing trouble, bet up my brother-in-law, who is a traffic cop, before backup could arrive. He was responding to an incident involving a junior officer who was out of his depth. My brother-in-law suffered a bad concussion from being kicked in the head multiple times and spent several months recovering before he returned to the force.
